Love the food - when they get your order right - but absolutely the worst service ever!!! After dining in a number of times and being frustrated with how slow they are my family started ordering take out. However every time we order take out they manage to mess up our order and I either have to drive back to the store or look through every item in the bag to catch the mistake before I leave. The last straw was when I ordered using a credit from the last time they messed up and on that order they messed up 3 things that I caught before I left and then realized once I arrived home that my wrap was missing the fries. Officially done with this location, they are no longer getting my business. Heard there was a new wings place going in off of Radio drive in Woodbury so we are going to give that a try instead. Avoid this place unless you have a lot of patience.

Started with my beer being wrong and waitress was like oh well. Then I asked to get right beer and that came like 10 minutes later. Then the food came to our table 10 minutes after that. The fries where cold, the mild buffalo wings I ordered seemed to be sitting for about an hour because the sauce was somewhat dry. The plain crispy chicken wrap that was ordered with no sauce came with a spicy sauce. The waitress never came around during our meal. Had to wave her down to talk about the fries. When she ended up coming back with new fries we where ready to leave. With all the bad service and food there was no apologies or anything offered to us. Sorry wont be coming back to Oakdale BWW. its really sad because it was a birthday dinner for my daughter that turns 16 this week.

The food is good, but the workers spitting over the railing when you are eating is not. Suprisingly, actually unsurprisingly, these people dont get fired. Additionally, the managers do not do a single thing about these people, except for "talking" to these people. Customer Satisfaction is not guaranteed when you come to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Woodbury, not because the food is bad, but you wont have any of that food in your belly once you leave. Spitting problem? Ask the manager: "I think i know who it is, let me talk to him." BRUHHHH YOU KNOW WHO IT IS WHY DO THEY STILL HAVE A JOB???

I tried taking my sister out for her birthday to this location, and the server quoted our party 20 minutes wait for a table, with two people waiting in front of us. After 15 minutes of waiting and no one in front us getting a table either, we inquired to the server about our expected wait time. The servers immediately got a manager, who said she did not know what was quoted, but we should expect to wait 45 minutes. Eveyone in our party chimed in, but the manager refused to acknowledge they simply under-estimated the wait. My sister was so mad she stormed out.

There food is normally where it should be. they tend to mess up a lot with their orders because they get slammed with business. my friends and i love when they mess up because then we get more food because they replace the mess up. there is one guy that works there that is a complete tool however. i think his name is kyle. ive been told he has complaints often. he blamed me once when he spilled a drink i my lap. very rude. the food is usually good. i love their wings, but often it could be hotter. almost always actually. idk, its pretty for the most part

Been wings with me forever! This always been the place to go for them. Ive had the place to my self or waited because standing room only. The wings always awesome service suspect but they always got it done. The one time I was disappointed they blew a fuse couldnt make anything deep fried I ordered a burger never ordered a burger at a wings place especially BWWs and it was good and because I couldnt get what I came in for they picked up my tab.

First... GO BWW... love the wings... wraps are good too... and chips and queso... we have been at the Oakdale/Woodbury location a few times... always good food... sometimes good.. sometimes bad service... but this last time we had a waiter named... Justin... PHENOMENAL... he should probably teach every other waiter/waitress how to be.... He made the whole evening that much better! Always fun atmosphere and usually good food for what you pay

I was just there about 20 minutes ago and placed a to go order! I live in newport so its not like Im down the street but kind of irritated because they forgot 2 things out of my order and obviously I am not going to drive back since I live 15 minutes away....next time check all of ur bags you get from them! I know I will be and now I dont even want my wedges! :(

Liked the atmosphere, beer was good but they didnt have an IPA on tap, Service was average, Food Price average as well, the part that I didnt like was that every type of wing that I tried was WAY too salty. Even the sweet BBQ wings were far too salty. I nor my friend were able to finish. Someone I talked to had liked theirs but they had the super spicy ones.

This place has some filthy bathrooms that are not cleaned . The water does not work to wash your hands . So that means the employees are not washing their hands. Somebody needs to call the health inspector this place is nasty. The place was half empty . I think this one will close soon. Over priced wings and filthy bathrooms = stay away

Never really had an issue with this place. Come here all the time. Until today... I got something different than wings. Big. Mistake. I got the BBQ chicken sandwich ($9.99). Lets put it this way, the chicken was so tough, I could barely cut through it with my knife. Here I am, about 4 hours later, and the food poisoning has begun

The food is always good but the last 2 days the service was awful! Slow, couldnt find our waiter today, dinner at 7pm took 40 min. To come out. 4 adult meals, 1 child meal and the restaurant was less then half full. Yesterday our waitress looked at us, I was waiving at her and she walked away, didnt see her for 10 min.

Service was just so so. The waiter was more interested in talking to the folks around the bar then taking our order. The chips and salsa we ordered had a bad taste and there was an old burnt french fry in the chips. The celery was slimmy with black ends. The manager blew us off when we told him. It was not a good visit.

I love B-Dubs and have been to several different loactions thru out the US, however this is my first experience with a location where it was not very clean! The tables were dirty, the menu had sauce all over the front of it and when we were given the check the receipt stuck to the "holder" it was in. Very disgusting!

This is a great place. Its big, open, has fast wifi and friendly servers that didnt bother me too often or ignore me completely. I ordered fries and a quesadilla, both were hot and fresh. I got a nordwest lager and a Dos equis on tap, both were great quality. Will be coming here again to eat and hang out.
