Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never called and complained to a manager in my life until this place. First time I went there with my boyfriend we stood up front waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there to be seated and after 5 minutes of nobody even saying anything to us (they looked at us but never talked) 2 people came in behind us. They immediately asked them how many and began to seat them. Walked out at this point. Decided to give the more chance and visited them again yesterday (5/20/2016) and when we walked in we were seated quickly but then sat there for 15 minutes without a waiter talking to us, no drinks were ordered and people were being seated around us and having their orders taken. Apparently the waiters were too busy sitting there talking about the hot guy in the white T shirt they had to serve instead of taking care of actual customers at the moment. I just cannot believe this establishment is still open with how terrible their business is. I called and told their manager how disgusted I was with their service. He seemed like a nice guy and apologized and asked if there was anything he could do to get us to come back but at this point I told him I have no desire to ever go there again and just wanted to make sure he was aware that his staff was absolutely useless. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone even if they offered to pay me. Avoid completely.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My 25 minutes phone order took an hour. This was after I tried ordering from the website and kept receiving an error. So basically well over an hour to accomplish ordering and pick up. Then, let me list this out. One dip sauce for 25 plus wings and it is ranch so the one who wanted blue cheese is out of luck. Food is cold. Daughters traditional wings are boneless. Child loves traditional. No children drinks as we ordered. But, I paid for all of this in full. Just wanted to get it home because it was my husbands birthday and they had been waiting well over an hour. When I told the gentleman going over the order the childs wings were wrong and then had him pack it up because we are hungry and waited an hour. I let him know we will not be back and he said, "awesome." No I am sorry for your bad experience or here is a coupon or discount. Just awesome. Well, BWW, you are not awesome.

Usually order take-out because the flimsy paper tubs are so inadequate. When I do visit the restaurant, I have always experienced slow service. After waiting too long for our order , i have never received food that is hot. Yesterday the fries were literally room temperature. The wings were inconsistent. Some were almost cold while others were warm. Where have these wings been I wonder. Also noted on this recent visit at Noon on a Sunday, the Ladies room was quite dirty:vanity, sinks, floors. Lastly, I will share that my dining chair was so sticky that my pants stuck to it. When I left I could see that it appears a child had rubbed its sticky hands all over the front of it probably from a standing position. The place is just dirty and the food is Cold!

Wings arent really that good. Just average. My last experience was poor. There were about 5 booths that had not been cleaned and they werent that busy. Asked my server about the burgers and if they were pretty good. Her reply was "well the burgers take a long time so if you want your food fast I wouldnt order it." We waited 15 minutes for our table to be dry enough to put our hands down on it. Never got offered refills on our drinks which you would think is a top priority in a place that specializes in hot and spicy food. Im not going back again. Too many other options with much better wings like The Chicken Coup.

For those who have been to this chain, it is similar in noise level and activity to the rest. It is no place to go if you are looking for quiet conversation. This location appears to have a high staff turnover but most staff are polite. Timely service is just so-so. It can be hit or miss. The menu has much to be desired and the food lacks consistency in taste and doneness. The new rewards program appears to help if you are a frequent wild wings customer and want to take advantage of deals so I would recommended downloading the BlazinRewards app if you come here often.

Ive only ever picked up food here, but sitting down to eat and carrying out are two different experiences. The carry out food is not nearly as fresh as the sit down. Noticeable visual, heat & flavor difference. I wish they were the same..unfortunately, theyre not. Sit down if you can - youll get much better food. I still keep coming back every Thursday for their cheap boneless wings, though, so thats saying something.

Worst service we have ever received. The waitress, Amber, got our order wrong which would not have been a big deal. However, she took my fiances food from him WHILE HE WAS EATING IT! Then took forever to bring his replacement dish. The final straw was when she brought our check before he had gotten his meal. The manager was very reasonable, and that was much appreciated. However, we wont be coming back.

The wings at Jordan creek BDUBS is by far THE Best in the Des Moines area. I dine here on ever other Tuesday like I attend church service every Sunday.you already know the flavors are great, but its the prep work in the wing that makes this location worth public praise. Only flaw I experienced is the usual unfriendly encounter with service. Its the wings that I come for anyways.

We called in an order and a guy took it. Then said it would be 20 minutes. I get there and there was no order Placed in our names and they didnt ask to put an order in. Very poor customer service. Called back to see about the order and the lady asked if a guy took our order and then said well they dont know what they are doing. I would to to the one on meral hay road.

The food it ok, its nothing special just ok. What earned 2 stars is the wait staff. They have a ton of them yet it seems I can never get waited on timely. Its been a few times now. Even getting the bill took a long time and then paying took a long time. I went to pay up front and they said no i had to pay the server. Theres a special way to take my money?

The order wasnt right when it came out and they very quickly took care of it, and I ended up with more wings than I would have originally. So they definitely made it up, and they were very gracious in doing so. This was at the bar, I didnt catch the bartenders name, but he made a point of saying that they want you to come back.

Called in an order, ready quick. Only downside was the phone order taker was a tad bit too fast for me. Blazing wings are insanely hot. Alcohol was moderately priced. Showed the UFC PPV as well. Get there early if you want a seat. Servers are decent to poor. Forget items, found other food items in our sauces.
