Pizza wasnt cut, received it whole and had to slice it myself. Whats more, the driver asked "to see my card" once he arrived like I stole a credit card or something. He also asked to see my ID which I awkwardly had to go inside to find. When I called to tell the store that they forgot to cut my pizza, the employee got defensive like I was wanting free stuff. I told him I was simply calling to inform him of the situation.Embarrassing experience. I tipped a fat $0.00 I will never go there again. Employees must be drinking from a pony keg in the back of the store. Never experienced such unprofessional service. Stay far far away from this branch.

Super unprofessional. I ordered here, carryout for my family and when I called to ask why they practically put NO sauce on our wings, Melanie said she made them and they were fine. I didnt realize I paid $12+ for wings that literally no one would want to eat. This is the first and last time I will ever order from this location. Theyre rude and instead of fixing the issue, they want to make you feel like a fool. Next time Ill drive out of my way to get good service and better food.

I called, and they quoted me an hour wait. Rediculous. The man responsible for delivering my pizza, kamal never showed with my pizza. When i called back, the apologised and asked very rudely wether i wanted the pizza at another hour wait. I told him no and he said very unprofessionally, later man. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Derek and Kamal, if you dont wanna do you job, the 7% unemployed population has someone they can elect to your mighty duties there at pizza hut.

It is ridiculous to have to create an online account and order online to get the specials that were advertised for the store. It is already bad enough that when you order delivery you get a far inferrior product than if you do store puck up. Called in and pricing for calling in was was over ten dollars higher. So done with businesses trying to force you to do everything online or they rake you across rhe coals.

Always screwing up my order thats why I Dont like pizza hut if its not the 2lt pop its the pizza I order the bacon cheese pizza special and didnt receive it called back got a new one thirty mins later understandable on the wait time but not understandable for the screw up.Go to this store if you like being ripped off or go to papa johns better pizza better service better ingredients....

Dont ever get food here the people are rude as hell and refuse to help you if you have a problem. I tried to pay with a card that had money on it (called and checked after the ordeal) and for 15 minutes they kept entering the card number to finally tell me that since their system wouldnt take my card they couldnt help me and didnt do anything to try and make it better

They never get my order right. I only order for two people, just one pizza or pasta and breadsticks and somehow they always mess it up or forget something every single time. Bad customer service, rude employees. This is the closest pizza to my house so I go there often but its probably the worst pizza hut in Wichita

I visit the restaurant every other week when I come into town to work at MAFB. Every time I have a smile and friendly service. I order a Supreme Pan x2 and it always has fresh toppings and taste great. I dont know when the reviews with bad experiences visited but I have received a great experience.

Pizza crust overcooked!!!! Cookie, overcooked and burnt!!!! Obviously no QC, spoke to "Charles", gave me credit for cookie then opened pizza boxes to find no "extra sauce " and burnt crust!!!! Didnt call back, not worth it!! Threw out $24 order!!!!!! Lost customer!!!!!!

Disgusting as usual I was hoping wichita could handle making a decent pizza hut pizza. The location I ordered from was less than half a mile away.. I assumed it would at least be warm when it showed up. I was wrong. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else!
