It was a first time visit for my wife and me. The staff were all smiling, polite, helpful and kind. It was like everyone was having a good day. They were patient while walking us through the process. After receiving our food, we picked a table, sat down and looked around at the decor. The dining area was open, bright, lively and very clean. There was Mexican music playing in the background and the volume was perfect, we were able to have a conversation. On top of all this, the food was very good. I am not sure if all the Chipotle restaurants are like this but we very much enjoyed our experience and will visit this one again.

Good customer service and amazing food! The burritos are HUGE even if you dont put that much on it. Not much selection but for what they do have the quality is always good and well worth the price. Would have 5 stars but a couple of times Ive gone they didnt have some of the corn salsa out and thawing so when they ran out it was still frozen in the back so I couldnt get any, but besides that its definitely worth a try if you havent gone yet.

I went here to eat lunch. After I ordered my food I tried to go to the restroom and wash my hands but someone was in there . I stood there for a couple minutes then sat down I watched that door while I ate and 28 minutes went by before the employee finally came out. He must of been having his break in there. A manager needs to get his head out of his butt.

It seems like theyve changed something, but its still the best Chipotle in Wichita. Ive been to three others and they just dont compare to the service and quality of food... Should be the same right? Nope, This ones better. I miss my favorite bowl maker, but there are still some familiar faces. It makes the experience when you see familiar faces.

Quality fresh ingredients. Im a big fan of chipolte. Very busy at lunch and dinner but with their online ordering options you can get in and out with your food fairly quickly. If you go for lunch try to go at 11am or 1pm to avoid the crowds. Dinner rush seems to clear out by 6:30pm.

Chipotle has some of the best burritos I have ever had. Both their steak and chicken are fantastic! The price is hard to beat for the amount of food one receives, the service is super and they are always very friendly and accommodating on any mixture of order one places.

Best experience Ive ever had there was last week. This kid that worked there was flying through orders faster than I thought was humanly possible. He also spoke up and his voice was clear. He was so fast and good at his job I felt like I should be tipping him.

I was so surprised to find really good food at such a place. Not that it was not nice, it was but not what I am used to for dining out. We love this type of food (Mexican/Southwestern) and Chipotle Mexican Grill certainly delivers! Loved it. :D

Terrible. All I asked for was a quesadilla, and they couldnt even do that right. Tortilla unbrowned and cheese wasnt even melted. "Hot" sauce was anything but. Just terrible.
