That was reaaaaally nasty, I have had Panera at multiple locations in many different states and it has always been good. This time we ordered one turkey avocado blt and one stake sandwich and woooow what a waste of money. The turkey sandwich was COLD, cold turkey, cold bacon wtf? Why do they serve it cold? I dont know but its always been yummy at other Paneras. It was just nasty white bread with mayo, avocado, nasty iceberg lettuce, tomato and cold old turkey what a piss off and dissappointment. The caramel latte was good and the cranberry pastry too. The steak sandwich was worse than the turkey I wont get into that mess. The food was not fresh, it was so gross. Not sure why this location blowed so much, maybe crappy management, untrained cooks. Well they dont even cook they just warm up frozen food it seems like what a disgrace, AND its super expensive! This was super expensive junk food.

The food is good and the atmosphere is too, but the employees are cruel and crude. I sat by thee employees on break and heard them using derogatory language for women, sexual orientation and race. When one got up to go back to work an elderly man in a walker was trying to walk by and said "go ahead young man, you are faster than I" the employee replied "Yeah, I am" and almost knocked him over. When he got past the man, he mocked him to a co-worker and laughed. If panera is cool with racist, sexists, homophobic employees, perhaps they should have a break room separate from the customers dining area. Ridiculous.

Food was delicious and quick. They had a band scheduled shortly after we arrived, and although there were tables in the main room that would seat our size of party, we were taken to another room away from the music with no other guests. Server was unaware of the ingredients in the dishes, instead of finding out for sure, he guessed incorrectly. Could be quite dangerous for folks with food allergies. They did not offer to remake the dish or remove from the bill. Other than that- it was a nice restaurant and good food.

Service is good. Food didnt taste bad, per se, it was just "too fancy" for my taste. I am a fan of classic sandwiches like the Reuben and the Cuban, but they didnt have anything like that and the things they did have had, in my opinion, too many unecessary ingredients like fried kale that tasted burnt and a bland olive oil dressing. However, I must admit that the Mac and Cheese and pastries--e.g.the cinnamon coffee crumb cake--are AMAZING! So to summarize, good service thats fast, but I am not a fan of their menu.

Who in their right mind would pay $10 for a cup of coffee and some bread seriously if you want to place a nice place to go sit down and get on your laptop this place is fine but if you want nutrition value for the money youre going to waste your money here maybe once in awhile but this place is way too expensive for what you get in value then they give all the stuff you paid her money for away for free to homeless people hooked on crack

I walked in and I freaking stood there and smelled the bread scent. It was perfection! Anyway... the employees are really nice every time Ive been there. Food is delicious. Problems: the layout of the store is weird, and since Panera is really popular it makes the store seem even more crowded and its expensive

Gets 4 stars for the Frozen caramel alone, one of the best frozen coffee drinks Ive had. The Tomato mozzarella flatbread is the best VEGETARIAN sandwich at Panera-loaded with fresh, healthy arugula and tasty pesto! The Mediterranean veggie sandwich is bland, although the bread is fresh and good.

I am in love with their soufflé! Most days the service at this location is impeccable. The Rapid Pickup ambassador/trainer is always super accomodating and amazing, but the process needs some work (this is not his fault, often the fault of another employee or mgr mistake).

Usual Panera order quality was definitely off at this location. Grilled cheese was a cold cheese sandwich with burn lines on one side. Not the kind of quality I usually receive at Panera
