Went there after work to get dinner for family, once at home realized order was wrong, called to get food replaced and little manager wanted all of the food back. I found this a lottle "odd" , i obliged and took food and drinks back. Upon arrival i went towards the counter with my wife. The tiny manager made eye contact with us and continued to take orders and give change. Manager finally came to replace food with correct order. I asked him is there anything you can do for the inconvenience seeing as how we drove about 20 miles out of our and he replied "i can give you a nugget?" I became irate wanting to assault the manager in some way for being a smarta $s. So ...i left to avoid beating him and getting arrested. Not very happy with chick fil a on everhart or manager.

We dont frequent Chick-fil-A often (okay, maybe once every 3 years), but when we do come, we quickly remember why this isnt a regular spot to eat. Long lines for the double drive through. People refusing to move up for cars just trying to pass by. We already have started eating because we made the extra effort to get up and walk in, while the cars originally in front of us havent ordered yet. The staff works as fast as possible to get your order to you fast. Their chicken is good. Salty. But its fast food and it was quick when there wasnt much else in Corpus Christi.

There isnt a better chicken sandwich around than the ones from Chick-fil-A. Their food is always delicious. The area that theyre in is very high traffic, and its hard to get into the restaurant, just because of how traffic flows here. And it is always PACKED! I recommend skipping the drive-thru, parking in front of Bed, Bath and Beyond and just walking into the restaurant. Its usually much quicker that way. But its worth it, as the food is always great. 9/10, would get a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese again.

Okay considering that this chick-fil-a is in the same town its like 5 mins from the other one. I dont get way they are so slow. And its a chain. You think they would try to do the same as the other. I sit in line at the other for like 2 to 3 mins. With it wrapped around the building at lunch time. Its 2 and I had to set in line for 15 mins. I think thats a little crazy. And its all chicken and frys. Being this busy everything should be made up. Just dont get it

Ive isually never had much of a problem at this chick-fil-a but this last visit was definitely the worst.. Not only were they not as polite or attentive as usual they also forgot my drink and my salad dressing!!! I called after getting home and they told me to go back and pick it up but thats not worth the drive back. I guess Ill just have to start attending the new chick fil a by la palmera mall instead.. What a disappointment .

This morning I waited to get my order I was told to park then they forgot about me.I went in to ask what I was waiting for and they said I thought you left .Wth?! So a person gives me my food then says heres an extra order of chicken bites for the wait .I get to my truck and relize he didnt even give my whole order.He shorted my my bagel and hash browns, and another order of chicken bites .

I used to be an employee at a different location so I know how things SHOULD be done. When I went to order the employee messed up my order didnt repeat my order and when I confronted him about it and he didnt do anything about it. The employee DIDNT do any of the core principles of Chick-fil-A. I will Not be back to this location

You got my order wrong and then i call and tell you guys that i was given no reciept so the female manager says they will remake the whole order. Go in on Saturday guess what no record and the male manager tells me he is going to charge me for half my meal. This is just bull i hope yall go to hell

This place has great service! Food is always fresh and even though the lines are always long, it does not take long to get your order. I wouldve rated 5 stars but the parking lot is absolutely terrible and especially with how packed it gets, the parking lot is a disservice to the business

The owner is Christian and feeds the less fortunate. My husband and I are struggling right now. We drove 15 miles to get a #1 meal for us both, which Edna the manager agreed to. When we got there, we only got one. Thats fine but dont work at a Christian place and lie.

I used my credit card here long time ago, about 3 months. But today, all of a sudden, I got a message from bank at 3 am in the morning, that I was charged $7 on the same credit card. How is this possible unless they store the credit cards we swipe?

ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND GOT TWO LARGE FROSTED COFFEES THIS MORNING AND AT THE BOTTOM OF HER COFFEE WAS A WORM. THIS IS THE NASTIEST EXPERIENCE AT A RESTAURANT. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO MAYBE TRY ANOTHER LOCATION INSTEAD. THEY SHOULD INSPECTED IMMEDIATELY.

Terrible drive thru!! I was in line for 20 minutes before my order was taken, they took orders out of turn, messed up my order, no apology, no greeting, handed my food to me without a word, shut the window. I will NOT be back!!

Even when very busy the line moves quickly. The food is good and the drinks are also. The lemonade is the best in town to me and my family. Even though it is very expensive in my opinion it is still worth it.

Wasnt a fan till today I see why people love this place great fast service and food was delicious I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese amazing sandwich I will be back tomorrow lol

Love the food hate the ridiculous wait time here. Got slower with the addition of the 2nd lane... So much faster in Laredo (by heb plus) and McAllen. The one at la palmera will also have u in and out fast!

Yeah, just a Chick-fil-a but still good. The service is ULTRA fast for as many people as this place serves. Even if you see huge lines, try not to fret too much. They move really fast.

Come here if you like chicken, loud noises, long lines, people trying to cut in line, annoying old fat people, and screaming kids who have parents that dont know how to say no to them.

Try to avoid this place like the plague during lunch......unless you have a wonderful job that gives you a 2 hr lunch break. Wonderful food .......just the worst location on earth!
