I have never been so frustrated with a pizza hut in general. Three times in a row they either messed up an order, or forgot to deliver an item with the order. The first two time I forgave them and let it go. but the third time I was livid. Every time order pizza hut they mess something up, or the pizza is luke warm at best. I am disappointed because all calls go directly to the call center they have; you cant call the store directly. I complained about the issue i had, and i was able to confirm that they messed up. They put 10 dollars on my hut account that is linked to my phone number, so i have to call the call center with this phone number to redeem it properly. When i called the next day they had no 10 voucher on file, and claimed that that store specifically would contact me about the voucher within the next half hour, and before the pizza arrived. They never called, i had to pay full price for another pizza that was clearly made over 45 minutes ago, and I have learned that there will be no fixing the problems they have. It is simply disappointing and i would never recommend someone to order from any pizza hut anymore. Sad because i used to love pizza hut. They must have gotten new ceos in the past decade

0/5 stars One would think with all the Pizza Hut locations around Minneapolis with ratings of 2.5/0 or below that Pizza Hut would do something to improve their rating. My experience today was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. After not receiving my order for over 2 hours I called the store and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. The staff member that I spoke with was rude, unwilling to help solve the problem and had zero customer service skills. I then called back to speak with the manager and was told by another staff member that she was not sure if the manager was in the restaurant. She put me on hold and I just ended up hanging up after being put on hold for another 10 minutes without an answer. I will be sure to share my experience with others and I will attempt to reach a manager that cares about customer experiences of his or her restaurant. I can understand that an order might take an extended amount of time, not get delivered, or a ticket might get lost but what I cannot understand is that a staff member or manager would not care to resolve an issue. This location needs training and possibly new staff or management.

Tried to order a pizza but a severe storm disrupted Minneapolis to the point they called me back and said they would not be able to deliver the pizza. I understood their point, and I asked if I would be refunded the money to which they said yes. After two weeks they still had not given me my money, nor offered to give me a credit, and they have not even offered to prepare a second order to send to me on a date of my choosing. Do NOT do business with these people as they feel that actually providing the service is not as important as taking your money. Also, they are not operated under any Pizza Hut umbrella and the owner for the actual establishment is unlisted - very shady and they should be avoided, because I bet they made a killing by taking orders on that night with no intention of actually filling them.

customer service is very poor here. I once called to order a pizza about a month ago, someone answered and said Hennepin County sheriffs office. I thought it was funny, till they told me they were closed, and they were supposed to be open for another 45 mins. That was about a month ago. I just decided to order a pizza from there tonight and the girl that answered had very poor customer service skills, if u don't like the job, time for a career a change? its not my fault, I would just like some food. She was very short, sounded irritated and when I said thank you after the order was placed she hung up on me. You know, it is the best pizza around, but with customer service like that...I will settle for another pizza place. I called back and canceled the order.

My order was almost an hour late they had a few minutes to spare then on top of that after I call in about it he tells me that hes going to transfer me over to his manager he sent my number to a different store I live downtown so Ill call the downtown one he sends me up to Uptown twice and uptown Pizza Hut got mad at me for downtowns mistake I told him what happened that dude just transferred me when I was trying to speak to the manager shity service all around so 20 minutes later my little girl bit into the chicken then she spit it out I didnt know why it was slightly pink some of it was just not fully cooked now it has me feeling sick never again they need better management I dont know they just need help

This Pizza Hut is terrible. Missing toppings, underdone pizza, breadsticks with no sauce in sight. Long delivery times. If youre trying to numb your misery with Pizza Hut-style hand-tossed garbage, save yourself the pain of having already bad food made as badly as possible - order take-out from another location. If you want to experience how bad Pizza Hut can get, order delivery from this location. One cold, uncooked circle of dough and a desiccated order of breadsticks later, you will know to what horrible lows American food can sink. Pros: -the food does not physically attack you Cons: -the food emotionally attacks you -everything else

I live a block and half away and I ordered a pizza from them and it didnt arrive for an hour and it was lukewarm at best. I would have picked it up but its January and I didnt want to go out in the cold and carry a pizza back here that would have been cold by then anyway. I thought that paying extra for delivery would give me a hot pizza and I was willing to pay the extra for that. It didnt happen. I will continue to order from Toppers in the future as even though they are 15 blocks away they have better pizza and it arrives faster and warmer. I suggest that everyone else do the same.

I ordered online and live on the 4th floor of my apartment building, they sent me an email confirming and telling me when it was going to arrive (@12:27). The delivery came early and she called at 12:23 as I was on my way down stairs I saw her get in her car and leave. When I got to the main floor entrance it was 12:25 she didnt even wait 3 minutes inorder for me to go down and receive my order. I called back 2 times and no one answered. They need better trainig or hire new people for delivery that was very rude of her. my money was returned, wont be ordering from them anymore.

I love Pizza hut pizza! But this is the only place I usually get idd for my credit card and usually they dont do it for their white customers, tonight I just about had it cuz on this particular night I had my sisters card with the same last name and the broke down 30 somethin year old wouldnt let me buy a $10 pizza cuz I was using my sisters card. Its okay guys instead of dealing with them theres a dominos up the road on american blvd. Youre better off there instead of dealing with these dirty trailer park trash.
