I first called at 11:07am on a Saturday, they open at 10am. It is now 11:26 and still, nobody has even answered the phone. I have called 8 times and reached voicemail every time. I dont know whats going on, but 20+ minutes just to answer the phone? Im calling Papa Johns, they WILL answer. UPDATE: Finally got a hold of a manger at 11:38 with pizza hut, after holding for the manager for 11 minutes. Ordered from Papa Johns at 11:42, total call time (phone/address, ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks) 1 minute and 58 seconds. Delivered in less than 30 minutes. I am writing this update at 12:35, one pizza is gone, half the other 2 are gone along with the breadsticks. If you are on a time crunch or if you are really hungry, just call Papa Johns instead, not only was I easier and quicker, but they were friendly, Pizza Huts manager was as unfriendly as whoever answered the phone in the first place. 5/2/15

I used to like this location a lot, but the management changed or something and its been disappointing since. The last two times I was there, my pizza was wrong and when I went in recently for pickup it took over 20 minutes (on top of the 15 minutes they said it would) for the pizza to be ready. When I got home, my order was still wrong. There are other places close that both deliver and provide carryout that are very good, Beeks Pizza is a local favorite and there is a Dominos nearby as well. They can make an order correctly AND do it without a 20 minute waste of time.

I placed an order for delivery at this location with is exactly 5 mins from my house. Pizza Hut uses this ghetto call center with automatically routes to the "appropriately" store. I received a call from the stupid driver. He said he doesnt deliver to my address. He was FIVE minutes away. He said he would call me back but never did. After 7 calls in of back and forth. No results. No pizza. No service. Only wasted time. I will NEVER go to Pizza Hut again. Ever. If I am still annoyed enough, I will call corporate and explain to them how I wasted 3 hours of my time.

Took over twice as long as papajohns, an hour and 15 min, a mile or less away, pizza was cold. Hand tossed crust was more like and really chewy thin crust. Toppings and cheese were very light, no sauce at all other than the new "drizzle" on top. All that said the flavor was better than it should have been considering, meaning the ingredients are good but the execution was abysmal. Papa Johns is the spot for cheap fast food style pizza. I fell for pizzahuts new fancy crusts and the "gourmet" toppings and sauces, all gimmicks its still junk pizza.

ORDERED 2 FAMILY SIZE PASTAS (4 TOTAL PANS OF PASTA) AND THEY DELIVERED WITH NO FORKS, NO PLATES, NO SPOONS, NOTHING. THEN TO TOP IT OFF, THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A WAY TO CONTACT THE STORE DIRECTLY, ITS ALL FILTERED THROUGH SOME SORT OF CALL CENTER, SO INSTEAD OF JUST CALLING THEM BACK I HAD TO LEAVE THE AUTO SHOP I WAS MANAGING IN ORDER TO GET ANY KID OF UTENSILS OR PLATES. THIS PLACE LACKS COMMON SENSE, ATTENTIVENESS, AND THE FOOD ISNT THAT GREAT EITHER.

Used to be a good location but it seems the employees have been down graded along with the food. The delivery guy had an upsetting demeanor. My pan pizza was doughy and chewy and the toppings I ordered seemed to barely exist! My cinnamon sticks came with BLUE CHEESE and not ICING! What the hell? I called the place and couldnt get ahold of anyone. Doesnt anyone check orders before theyre placed out? Or even check the food and attitudes of this place?

Over three hours waiting and no pizza. Over 30 minutes on the phone and 6 different calls before we find out our order was canceled? We were told TWICE in this period thag it was on its way. And what? Pizza Hut is running orders through a call center now? It shouldnt take 30 minutes to get ahold of someone IN STORE to talk about my order. Awful store. Will be my first and last time ordering.

DO NOT ORDER from this location. Absolute worst Pizza Hut location. They messed up my order badly. I got breadsticks when I ordered cheesesticks (and I paid more for cheesesticks). Also got the little details wrong (crust, cheese, etc). Called their customer center, but store manager never called me back. The worst. Youre better off ordering from Dominos or Papa Johns.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. We ordered at 6:45 and our estimated delivery date was 7:42.... no pizza.... waited and then got a call they went to the wrong address.. waited again.... and still waited. Called them over 3 times and were told a manager would call is back. Never called. Finally called the cancel our order after 9:30. Rediculous!!!!

Hated it because I called 2 days in a row first time they said delivery was almost two hours so I cancel then 2nd day I called and they hung up on me wasnt listening to me barely talked like 20 seconds then ignored me to talk to someone else and hung up smh very poor yall should go out of business

Why does my tummy hurt? Because I didnt want to spend a couple bucks more for a far better pizza from a local place. Instead, I got a cheap gut bomb from a national chain joint. Aftertaste: pain and regret. Never again!

Below average pizza hut branch. WARNING! If you pay online with a credit card they will still give you a receipt with a tip line. Not a big deal if you dont mind the delivery guy/girl eyeballing you.

Horrible service. They use an answering service for 3 pizza huts. Were 2 miles away and pizza delivery time is 2 1/2 hours ! Wow what a joke. Never ever doing business with pizza blunt again.
