if there was somewhere i could put NO STAR I would. i ordered on line. said it would be here within 45 mins. an hour later i call they say call back in 10-15 mins if they are not there. 15 mins later still no pizza. I talk to a manager, she CAN NOT get ahold of the store. she then said i will be happy to give you 50% off your order if you go pick it up. i have 3 crying hungry kids. I want delivery. i dont like the service and i dont want your pizza. PS I tried your bacon stuffed pizza and there was no cheese in the crust. I felt ripped off. expensive pizza that was nasty!

Ordered breadsticks, wings, and the Ultimate Cookie online at about 8:23 on a Friday night (6/23/17). Received a confirmation email as well as a confirmation text message, both saying our food should be delivered around 8:53 p.m. Checked the delivery tracker: our food did not even go out for delivery until 9:23 p.m.... and then it NEVER SHOWED UP. We tried calling, but all you can get is the call center and they are absolutely useless. Bravo Pizza Hut, youre officially the worst delivery service on the Iron Range.

I was a major there yrs ago. What I saw it was a 1 millon dollar store. Now I see on a saturday there is no reason for the buffet to be gross. There is no buffet on saturday. The bathrooms where kinda clean but the tp not on the rolls just placed on top. Also pepperoni and sausage bits on the floor. At 11 am. So wasnt cleaned. Paper towels underneath a table on both sides B1. Then replace the table. When I was a mgr there u deck brushed and I was younger I am 34. Who is the district manger now?

Me: "How should I know, how the hell do you get to work in the morning?" PH: I dont know if we have a buffet there? Me: "Ahhh. I have reached a call center because your employees at that location are too dumb to answer the phones." PH: Woul you like to place an order? ME: LOL

Well I can not even rate them. We stopped at 8:50 on a Saturday night 12/12/15 and were told they were out of pizza .. The websight says they are open till 11:00 pm. We asked how a Pizza place is out of pizza and they said . I dont know. Im not even giving them one star , but I cant get it off .

Very accommodating to my time frame and also my son who is 2 yrs old. They had our table set for us when we arrived because they knew we were running late. Got my son a kids size spaghetti and meatballs plus a medium pan crust pizza with 4 toppings came to $12.50.

What a joke! Pizza was 30 minutes late, with underdone lukewarm pizza. We also ordered wings and those were still hot. All i was offered is a credit for another pizza. No discount was even offered. Horrible service and horrible food.

Food & service was good. Although the over all climate was uncomfortably cold. Making it hard to enjoy the food. & the bathrooms are SO COLD that you can see your breath - no joke!
