LORD OF THE FLIES. Im unsure how this place passes its health inspections but I want to make some people aware about how dirty this place is. I couldnt believe the amount of flies everywhere, they were continuously landing on the buffet and on me when I sat there waiting on my order to pick up. No one wore hair nets and a guy with long black hair and a beanie was cursing to his friend blond hair with gauged ears who was standing there, then the guy with blond mullet who wasnt working there kept walking behind the counter to chat with the girl on duty. I hope the owner reads this and does some cleaning & disinfecting, because that amount of flies are feeding and breeding off something in there, maybe just overflowed trash cans? I will not be ordering here again. One positive thing was the boneless wings were tasty, and the clean cut guy who took my payment was very nice!

Dirty with poor service. Bathrooms are downright nasty and every surface I touched felt super greasy. Do your customers a favor and shut down for a week so you can scrub the restaurant from top to bottom. It needs it badly! Our server was nice enough however she wrote nothing down and got both pizzas wrong. The pizzas that she did bring us were hot and tasted good, just not what we ordered. Refills were impossible to come by. Not sure why the service was so poor considering the restaurant was not busy at all.

Im really impressed with this location! They made a small error on our carryout order (pizza was great) no big deal, they told us when we came in the next time they would make it right with us. They went above and beyond! I have to say, I rarely see customer service like this anymore - 5 stars - not for making a mistake but for making it right and caring about customers! You will get more of my business in the future!

Its pizza, so its good. But the staff arent very trained or informed. I was treated like I was crazy when I asked about cheesy panbread pizza, also kept asking me, "do you mean cheese sticks" um. No I dont. Am i the only one who remembers cheesy panbread pizza? Maybe its more of an old school pizza hut tradition but I know plenty that still do it. Get a clue Glennstone pizza hut.

I always liked Pizza Hut. Im used to eating it in California. I ordered a pizza from this location and wow I was disappointed. The pizza was pretty thin but still tasted good. The crust was really crunchy and super thin. Im not sure if thats how the pizza is made in Missouri but it was good, just a little disappointed.

I was travelling with my wife and kids under 3 years old and it takes us about 25 minutes just to puy and pay for food. its the worset pizza hut ever. very slow cashir. and she kept saying im new and still under training. kids crying line behind us and the people behind us got very frustrated.

The Food was almost like a million dollar restaurant. Like we were really in Italy !! The decor look as if a baby crapped on the wall, and then spread it all over with his fingers!! But at that the service was great, it was like we were at Hooters!

Most of the server staff is rather inattentive. Often leaves my party with empty cups unless we get up and ask for refills. Food is on point in quality every time though but speed is pretty slow even when my party is the only table in the place.

Great place to stop for lunch. Usually $5 for buffet and the employees are always friendly. We had our sons birthday there last week and it went so well I thought I would give them a thumbs up. By the way its free to reserve their party room!

New policy on leaving orders is outrageous!! Cant call the store you want, instead have to call a call center in order to make your order. I think you should be able to call the store you want. No very wise business decision.

I had a wonderful chance to try a limited edition specialty called cheesy pizza but it will not stay on the menu ? Why this is delicious! I was hooked on my first bite of the pizza! Pizza hut please keep this on the menu!

This place is a joke! The last 2 times we have been here, the service has been terrible....I dont think the waitress had a clue as to what she was doing! If you plan on getting in & out service....dont count on it!

we ordered 55 medium pizzas and their service was great! everything was on time--they even pulled up to our school with a trailer and cooked the pizzas in our parking lot! we loved it. thank you pizza hut!

By-far the grossest Pizza Hut Ive been to. Found a hair in the salad from the salad bar and the service is poor and slow. Booths are sticky and it feels like they have no A/C. We will not be back.

It is pizza, sometimes good, sometimes to much sauce or cheese. Some times not enough. Lots of variables. I enjoy their pizza but they need prep heavier for the lunch buffet.

Its pizza hut. The staff was OK. The pizza buffet is not that good. Its like they always put the not so good pizzas out for the buffet. The salad bar portion is just OK too.
