Pretty much a typical pizza place located in a college business district. Their pizza is very unique. Their speciality pizzas are really good. Its been a few years since Ive been there, but when I lived in Ames the Pizza Pit never let me down. There is just something about this place I really like. My favorite pizza in Ames (although Greaty Plains is pretty good). I love their logo.

I am honestly not too sure about this place. The atmosphere feels outdated and messy, the pizza and ingredients are decent for the price, and the service was pretty good. Theres nothing special about this place, but I would be willing to give it another chance. Its definitely not the best pizza place in Ames, but they do have delivery.

The staff who work at Pizza Pit are wonderful; however, the same cant be said for management. The one guy who seems to run the place is generally pretty brusque, and yesterday when I went in to pick a pepperoni pizza he instead had a cheese prepared and refused to remake it, saying "thats what came out of the oven".

Absolute worst experience ever, called for delivery was told it would be 40 minutes an hour passed I called they told me that the delivery driver knocked on the door and no one answered I got no call they offered to try to redeliver but it would be an additional hour. Worst experience Ive ever had

What a waste of time and money. $28.00 for a mediocre pizza and a pound and a half of fried chicken (that tastes like a banquet frozen dinner) theyre calling wings. Save yourself the trip, go to BWW if youre wanting wings or pizza hut if youre wanting pizza.

Customer service is much like a breath of fresh air. Every time I have ordered, the pizza was hot and tasty. Delivery times are on point, give or take 5 minutes. Prices are decent at best. Hours of operation are decent as well.

Pizza has awesome cheese, I think it masks the rest of the ingredients which are just ok. Good deals on Monday-Wednesday. Eating in atmosphere feels like being in a dungeon. Little to no parking at this location.
