Placed a Pickup Order 1/24/2016. Picked up my order on time. When i arrived to my destination i opened the SPICY BBQ Boneless Wings and my wife and 2 year old both tried them. My wife is pregnant with our 2nd boy due in Feb 2016 and noticed that the Meat in the Center was still pink. I called the phone number that appears LOCAL on the Cliff Road Pizza Hut Website and i called the number. I was sent to a Call Center and Not the Store I bought the Food from. I was transferred to different people and neither of them could help me so they offered to let me speak to a Manager to get a Credit. I have yet to talk to a Manager after 35 Minutes on Hold. Im about to drive down to my local store a mile or 2 away and talk to them directly. If its a Food Quality Issue they should DO A DIRECT TRANSFER to the Local Store so that it can get taken care of ASAP. Instead they made me wait on my MEAL "WINGS" till almost an Hour Later. Very Unsatisfied. "After about a 40 minutes wait Answered and they just gave me "FULLY COOKED WINGS" Replacements. Nothing for my Time. I will go to a Different Pizza Brand next time. Dominos has always been Great! I almost never go to Pizza Hut so its sad when i go "And Really Look Forward to it" i have to have an experience like this. I was so looking forward to the Wings at the Time we were eating.

Bad management, bad service, bad food. All around terrible. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I tried to order a pizza but my disability of hearing loss makes it hard for me to control the pitch of my voice. I tried to order but the employee told me to not talk so loud and while I tried to explain myself he told me that he wasnt going to take my order because I was talking at him to loud and he hung up. The General manager of this place does not know how to run a business or how to deal with customers. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and the male employee who reacted like a child.told me he was the manager and that he would do absolutely nothing to make right what they messed up. Terrible people, terrible place. I work on the railroad and travel all over the U.S and would like to verify that this is the worst pizza hut i have ever came across because of the management...

I like nothing about it.! Literally.! I have ordered for a pizza.! The call is not received by the people in the store first of all ( received by some so called "customer representatives") it took 50 minutes for me to place an order and an other 55 minutes for me receive a pizza and ofcourse I received a wrong order at 8:55 pm and I called back the store to talk to the manager and he literally put me on hold for 1 and half hour which was until 9:45pm and never got back to me..I would just not to ever place an order in this store. I dont generalize all Pizza Hut stores but this is one of the worst stores ("worst" would literally a small word to fit in for the description of the store) never again would order in this store!

Usually when people post reviews, they do it based off of a negative experience they had and feel compelled to complain about it. This is not one of those reviews. I placed an order for carryout, the lady that took the order was polite and told me it would be 15 minutes. It was indeed, ready in 15 minutes. The guy that cooked and handed me the pizza was very friendly and wished me a happy easter. Pizza was hot and ready with melty cheese.. and delicious. Definitely went above my expectations.

Expensive Food
Food is ok, but the staff is incredibly rude. Both in person and online ordering. Hung up on me twice, and they have been late numerous times. It shouldnt take a hour and a half on a Wednesday afternoon. Again not that it was the first time they took forever. Dont be surprised if your "inconveniencing them" your food is getting spit in. Go to Dominoes or Pizza man. Any place is better then here until they get new management.

Received an order of breadsticks that were burnt and tried to be covered up by slopping on the garlic butter sauce that should be placed on before sent in the oven. I use to work at a pizza hut and enjoy the breadsticks but these were bad!!! How did these even get sent out?! Called and was answered by a call center, said he couldnt do anything for me and Id be contacted by a manager. 2 days later still waiting for a call!!

Its a Monday night and so far my delivery is over an hour late. I work in food service, so I understand how stressful some days are, but really, on a Monday? Theres nothing out of the ordinary about my order or the place Im having it delivered to. Hopefully when the food gets here it isnt cold or spit in. (Wish I would have read these reviews before placing my order)... Yeah, not planning on giving them my business again.

I ordered a large pizza & waffle fries for my team at work & it took more than 2 hours to get delivered, and when it finally did, it was ice cold, not to mention missing half of the order! They dont honor their promise to issue a store credit either.... The management is horrible, especially Michael.

Horrible service. Im here from Idaho and never had this many problems with an order. Screwed up my order, took over an hour and a half to deliver...by far the worst! Wont be calling them again!!

Delivery is slow and the location doesnt follow with any national promos. I miss my old location in Eagan Town Center. It was closer and they honored national coupons and deals.

They dont accept any national coupons, I had my order in the cart and realized it was $10 more than advertised... So I got a deal at dominoes.
