Was a many time customer about 15 yrs back, remembered them for their great burgers. Back in the state now and went back for the old reliable, only it wasnt the old reliable I remembered. My Cali burger was over done and tasteless, those skinny fries arent very good either. My daughters childs menu burger was pathetically small, again, the undesirable skinny fries. Another guest had a side salad. Two beers, a root beer and a jack/coke came to almost $50.00!!! Needless to say, I was shocked. Sadly, I dont believe well be returning again, at least not with the burgers and that salad in mind. Value for the price was outrageous. Atmosphere & service was decent though. Went to a VFW our next outing and had the same for less than half the price and much better quality food, with larger portions.

I like to support local business, however service was slow and when food arrived it was cold?? I get that they are busy but if you are going to make me wait 45 MIN at least serve warm french fries. Soup was not even brought out I had to ask for it. They charged me for sour cram for the french fries, however forgot to bring it out. In their defense they did give me a 10% discount. After waiting 1 hour to eat, I just wanted to leave. I couldnt get my server to pickup the check so I left enough cash to cover the bill and a tip. I called later to vent my frustration they didnt want to hear it and said that is NORMAL service time. So in closing food was good, but cold. Soup was not brought out for 45 till I asked about it. Sour Cream was charged but never received.

I had a really bad experience here, I ordered the "Lino Lucy, " which is the same as a juicy Lucy except my burger didnt come with anything in the middle. I pointed this out to my waitress and she just offered to get me a piece of cheese, she never apologized or offered to have them make me a new burger. Then she brought out what was clearly just a slice of kraft singles and it had blue mold on it. I obviously didnt enjoy my food and the waitress never offered to comp any part of my meal or drinks. Then to top it off I messaged the company the next day explaining to them my bad experience and never heard anything back. This company clearly doesnt care about providing good costumer service at all, I would rate them a 0 if possible.

A Leines beer for 6.25, average burger at best, had to pay extra for fries, mayo was an extra charge, was not told that, bowl of soup was more the size of a small cup, burger order was messed up, hmmm, need I say more. Happy hour is 1 dollar off a very expensive beer price to begin with. I was not impressed, you can get a 34oz beer a mile away at Don Julios for 4.75 regular price, and the chips and salsa are free, and the food is amazing. Our server was friendly, staff was friendly, food was ok, not saying it was bad. The prices were a bit steep for what you get! These are prices of Mpls, and this is Lino, not Mpls!

Lived in the area for years, ate there plenty of times, nothing really seems to change regardless of their remodels. The burgers are kind of dry, the "juicy" lucys are an absolute joke, you would be better off just getting a normal burger or going to matts bar for one. The food acroas the board is average at best, applebees probably has more flavor. The service is sluggish. Id reccomend anyone to try it if theyre curious, you wont leave unhappy, but youre not gonna be floored by really anything they have to offer.

I keep trying to go back hoping my previous experiences were flukes... Food is good if you can get it in a timely fashion, portions are large. Remodel is great but wounded by the cheap tiki/hula stuff around the bar. Parking is abysmal at best. Staff can be awesome- depends on who you encounter I think- Ive had great waitresses and crap bartenders the few times Ive gone in.

I didnt enjoy my visit. The food took nearly 40 minutes, though our server mentioned it was all pre-made, the server was less than friendly, and they screwed up our bill (almost charged us $25 extra before we caught it!). On the other note, the food was pretty good, but kinda greasy. They had a huge selection, as well as 16 tap beer options, though I wont be coming back.

I was here for breakfast most recently. The breakfast menu is somewhat limited but the food they offer was very delicious! It wasnt very busy but still took much longer then I would have expected. Their dinner menu is excellent and has some great choices. The breakfast skillet is a good go-to option.

Consistently great food. The WALLEYE sandwich, taco,or wrap is some of the best I have ever had...very fresh. Presentation of the big salads..Cobb and Chef salads is very attractive. Saving the best for last, the homemade daily WILD RICE SOUP is the best.

Food is quite good and pretty reliable from visit to visit, service is very friendly. Its pretty busy and can get a little wild on a Friday night (wild with kids that is). Menu runs the gamut from sandwiches to nice entrees.

Fantastic burgers, salads, and tots. Great service and plenty of different seating options. Offers a salad bar, but its basic. Still, this place is a diamond in the rough for a lunch meeting.
