For the past few months I have been going to this KFC for lunch, at least one day a week. I go to order their grilled chicken. Most times this KFC either gives me the incorrect order or they dont have any grilled chicken. How does a company that sells chicken not have chicken to sell over the lunch hour? This last visit was the final straw. I went through the drive thru and ordered my meal...6 piece grilled chicken, paid , and got my order. When I checked my order it was wrong. Walked back into the store and told them my order was wrong. The manager then told me they were out of grilled chicken (at 12:15pm LUNCH TIME!!) and it would be 18 minutes for grilled chicken. This was the last chance...I will not be back and I encourage everyone to avoid this place. If you want chicken go across the street to HyVee, better chicken, better service, cleaner, and they will not screw up your order. Dont waist you time with the Oakdale KFC!

HORRIBLE. Place was messy as hell, all the tables needed cleaning. A $10 meal that was smaller than a mcdonalds kids meal by half. 3 pieces of chicken with so much oil on them I dumped out my drink to drain the oil off the chicken and plate. Then used a dozen napkins to towel the rest of the oil off, and discovered that it had soaked into the chicken to the point where I felt sick to my stomach two bites in. My son said the same, and he threw up on the way home having eaten a single piece of chicken completely. This is the first place my nine year old has asked to never return to. Id honestly give negative stars if I could. Oh, and when I asked for a manager, no one could figure out who I was talking about, after 5 minutes of employees asking each other who the manager on duty was, I left and will never be back.

F$&k this place. So my friend and I went to this kfc location for open lunch from our school. We only get 20 minutes for lunch but the cashier messed up the order of the guy in front of us and the cashier didnt know how to do simple subtraction for the change that the guy should get. It took her 12 minutes and when we ordered the employee didnt give us the cookies that come with the combo. Long story short the service was poor and slow. Never going back but I have respect for other hard working employees.

Went in to purchase 12 pc meal to go and popcorn chicken with potato wedges to go. They said 3 min wait on wedges ...fine Almost 10 mins later order is ready. Get home Chicken must have been packed and waiting also as grease soaked thru bucket and moisture had all breading falling off chicken We received 2 out of the 3 sides . So I tried to call the store noone answered until eventually the fax machine....i gave up after trying to call 3 times.

I normally get pretty good service and food from this KFC. Sometimes I have to wait a couple minutes to have my order taken, sometimes I have to wait a while for the food to be cooked, and a couple of times theyve forgotten to give me sauce for my chicken. But overall, their food is of high quality and tastes great.

This shouldnt even deserve a star. Horrible manager. If I remember her name is Angie. My friend Used to work here, and she tells me that the place is dirty. Not a good place to be and eat at. My cousin got food poisoning here. I will never eat from this Kfc. Sounds like the service would be bad.

Went in for lunch and got a two piece meal. Quality wise, its KFC. One thing I did notice was that the bucket meals vary from location to location. The deals here are not as great as the ones I usually stop by in Burnsville.

We barely have any KFCs anymore. My Grandma lives in Oakdale so whenever I come over in that area, I always get some KFC! I love it. Way better than Popeyes.
