The chicken appeared not be done and I took my complaint to manager which she just told me that the way it should look. In my eyes it appeared not to be done. Your manager was not very friendly and rude . I will not recommend anyone to go there. Someone needs to teach her about customer service,and how to address problems when they occur. If she hadnt been so nasty I wouldnt be writing this complaint. I rate it a zero because I refused to eat raw chicken so I throw it away.Also my sister had the same complaint that her meat was not done . She also took it to the manager and she was rude to her. NEVER AGAIN

One of our box meals they forgot to put the biscuit in. In another one which was supposed to have chicken strips it was more like popcorn chicken but worse, and we were missing an order of fries. Call there and the person asked if I could come back and get the fries. It took us about a half hour to get home so no Im not going to come back and get the fries so she said "Oh, sorry about that then, bye". Staff isnt very friendly, food not that great and the prices were way too high!

Terrible experience. The guy at the counter has no customer service skills. He talked like it was to himself. Charge me for a number 3 and only got the sandwiches. No pop or potato wedges. Never got my wedges. The crew was more worried about closing then providing serve to customers. Their closing time was posted for 7:00 PM but were locking up an hour earlier. Bad service and bad attitude. I wont miss this kfc location

The cashier refused to honor a coupons fine print that a side CAN be substituted for an additional fee. After they clearly read it the small print, they said that particular location cannot do that. Wont be wasting my time giving them service when they are blatant asses. Spoke to the mgr. & he was indifferent. If the mgr. is inept, I can see why the employees are as well.

Horible service!!! Was just there tonight. Chick on drive through was a stright b!! S i said ty more then she did. She was very rude taking my order. Food was not even half way decent. And she didnt even give me napkins or a spoon to eat my food. Save your money!!! The service was so bad the manager needs to be fired!

Tasty Chicken, the service is always in a rush with ones order, i feel its lil unprofessional, especially considering never includes napkins or eating essentials to go with meals via drive thru. must ask for everything in advance as its too late too at the window, ugly looks will be given..

I would never, ever go to the West St Paul KFC . The staff there is rude and very unprofessional. I have never been treated or spoken to as badly as I was on 2/11/17 while spending my money. Tracy was the staff persons name. He needs to have training addressing customers.

FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND THE TWO GENTELMEN THAT WERE WORKING UP FRONT WERE SO HELPFUL AND SWEET AND CARING! EVEN BROUGHT MY FOOD OUT TO MY VAN SINCE I AM PREGNANT. BEST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. REALLY PUT MY FAITH BACK IN THE HUMAN RACE. THANK YOU GUYS!
