I think Sioux Falls is fortunate to have The Keg! There is no place in Sioux Falls where I enjoy chicken more. When in season, their soups are marvelous also. I have always received great service, and they have the best root beer floats in town (with 1919 Root Beer). They are so accommodating. I dont know all the names, but Veronica, Amy and Mindy do a wonderful job of waiting on people, and Brian and Becky manage things with efficiency and helpfulness. Love The Keg!

Looks were completely deceiving on this place! From the outside it appears somewhat run down and shady, but on the inside its completely renovated and nicely decorated! I was pleasantly surprised to say that least. They offer an awesome all you can eat lunch buffet which pairs well with some of the local craft brews. The price was cheap, the food is great, and the service is phenomenal.

The best in town. I go every Thursday. My waitress remembers my familys order despite shes the only one working and the place gets very, very busy. She makes a point of getting to know her customers and if someone is celebrating a birthday, she announced it and the whole place joins in singing. Mindy, youre the best waitress there and we look forward to seeing you every week!

Best fried chicken Ive had in years - or maybe ever!! On road trip to Minnesota and needed gas, luckily for us the Keg Chicken was right there off of I 29. I could tell by the smell as soon as I got out of the car. It did not disappoint -it was AWESOME! Really friendly staff, too. Gonna try to make it a tradition of our biannual trips to stop here. WOW!!

Some of the finest chicken you can find. I will even take the Keg over Bobs most days. Ever since they have returned to Sioux Falls it seems they have really put a focus on the customers. Yeah, sure, the decor sucks but if you want chicken in Sioux Falls, this is the place.

When people say its the best chicken in town, youll have to believe it. Obviously a favorite among the locals. This place is super busy. Maybe a bonus that its on 12th street; if it was on 41st, youd have standing room only. Great fried chicken and tenders.

Ordered fish and chips with a 2 piece dark. Fish and chicken were excellent, probably some or the best fish Ive had. However, I could tell that the fries had been cooked in the same oil as the fish and thats all you could taste.

We went to the New keg because we loved the old ones and then the closed. I was severely disappointed. The chicken was so oily had to leave it on paper towel to eat it. We will try it again but bad first impression .

Good food. Everything is made fresh in house so expect to wait about 20 minutes if youre trying to do takeout. Or you can always call ahead. Great chicken place though!
