I dont even want to rate it a one star. We were having the buffet and my mom wasnt feeling very good and she had a perfectly good piece of chicken so she asked if she could get a box to go and they said they couldnt so she was just going to wrap it up in a napkin. A minute or two later she felt a little better so she decided to take another piece since this one was now cold and some lady came up to us and said this."So you are full and decide to take another piece." My mom says "Yes Im feeling a little better I didnt feel good before" and the lady "No. Thats stealing. You cant take a piece home." "But Im wasnt feeling very good before" "No your stealing go pay $3 for it." "I played 8 for the meal" My mom says. "No. Another 3 for the chicken" "Just throw it away then" my mom said now annoyed and mad. Then my mom said just get out of here. And the lady says "No you get put of here." Then a few seconds later says in quote. "Its Sunday, go to church" like how rude is she. You would think they would care about customer satisfaction. Nope. She cares about 1 piece of chicken. She didnt even ask if my mom was going to eat it. She was. We may never go back there she was so rude. We used to love going there for a treat because we dont live to close and when we are near we go there for a change. But not anymore.

Went to their drive thru. Was trying to order after a very long hard day and my dog was barking next to my ear and scared the crap outta me. I cussed at the dog. .again in my own car and outside mind you and manager got on and told us to go away. We were kicked out of the drive thru for getting the crap scared out of me by my dog and not aiming at them at all. Tried to tell her that....but she was rude. Wont ever be back. Fyi....hubby is buddies with her son. Have known the family for 10 years. Absolutely insane. Cant handle people cussing in their own vehicles dont own a business. I understand if I was verbally abusive to the staff....but we were not. Drove away very angry and hungry after a long difficult day. Dont judge me when you have zero idea of whats going on. We will never be back.

I often drive out of the way to come to Blaine, MN, from Brooklyn Center, just to have a better experience & enjoy my KFC meal. A lot of our KFC options turned into Popeyes or share with A&W and they just arent as nice as the Blaine KFC. Id been coming here for years, when I happened to meet one of the mangers, Scott, in a social setting. He and others like him that run this KFC make the difference. Its cleaner, quieter, better food quality, more selection, classical music plays in the background, its so soothing. In addition, this place is bigger than the others Ive been in. For these reasons, I drive Ill drive over 20 minutes with good traffic, versus 5-10 minutes to KFCs closer to me, too have a better overall experience.

Will NEVER be going there again. I ordered a chicken box with potatoes, a biscut, and a cookie and only got the chicken and it wasnt even the chicken I ordered. So I called and complained and they said if I came back they would give me what I ordered so I drove 30 minutes back and they told me they were only giving me one box. So after fighting with them for about 10 minutes I left with ONE box and when I got home I opened the box expecting to find what I ordered only to find just chicken AGAIN and it STILL wasnt what I ordered plus there was hair all in my food! I will not be going back there EVER AGAIN!!! Wish i could give zero stars

I got food poisoning from their food. I seriously only had a small side of macaroni and cheese and a bite of mashed potatoes, and now Ive been banished to the bathroom for the foreseeable future. Never had food poisoning before, and the flavor of the food on the way back up was definitely 1/5 stars. Send help.

I am a little slow. The staff here is very patient. I need things explained very slowly. Even then I dont always get it but they are so nice to me. Unlike other places they have never made a comment about my odor. Food is always good too. They do make me wear pants though.

I have been to about 5 other kfc buffets and this one is by far the best! Friendly customer service and a great selection at the buffet. Including macaroni which is my favorite and none of the other ones offer it as part of the buffet.

Its pretty good for a kfc. They keep the buffett fairly fresh and clean. The staff here is always friendly. I give them a 3 because their chicken isnt that good anymore.

For a buffet, there arent many choices. Some of the food was old. We wont be going there again. Really hate it too, because I choose KFC over Popeyes any day.

Location is below Hwy 65 and has to be accessed by 117th. Really good food and price. Spacious place. Loved the Christmas music!!! Thank you KFC , keep it up!
