Ordered 4 pc chicken strip basket, received 3.5 straps also ordered extra side of country gravy which I paid for, I did not receive the gravy. Called and spoke to the Mgr, right away he apologized for the small chicken strip, I informed him I did not receive the the gravy, his excuse was he did not see the order in time and knew it. I asked him if this was normal and he said he wanted to make it right but because I was being difficult he wouldnt. I said thats a bunch of Sh"t and his response to you swore at me and hung up. To him , you are horrible at your job, he is a under performer and knows it because he admitted he screwed up twice with the same order.

They dont participate in the upside down blizzard promotion because their blizzard is t runny...meaning their mix of ice cream is off compared to other dairy queens. Its substandard and they can get away with the minimum because they are the only DQ around... they need updates to management to clean the place up, get new equipment and learn to go after "being better" rather than doing the minimum

Just went in to order my food. And being 9 months pregnant, Im extremely picky about my food. I sat and watched the boy in the back frying the food... At least five times he wiped his hands on his pants, he pulled his phone out of his pocket, went to drive thru to help them. Never once washed his hands. Very disappointed...

Always a family favorite when we are on the road. This place was a little different but in a good way. They actually had Extra Large Blizzards, 32 oz of good stuff. Nice that they are creating a little different personality at this one. Impressed.

They dont participate in the upside thing for the Blizzards. They garnish the top with Candy instead. I never thought Id say this but there was too much Heath Bar in my Blizzard because of it. Ill probably never go back.

Worst Royal Cheesecake blizzards I ever had. 5 pieces of Cheesecake and no strawberry filling. It tasted more like vanilla with strawberry pieces and Cheesecake accidentally got added to it.

It is a bit difficult to get here, but worth the effort (appears the streets "evolved" since it was built). Great ice cream and the friendliest staff ever! See you again soon!
