Terrible. I have NEVER, EVER been more upset by a fast food experience. This was not our first time at a Sonic. We have stopped at numerous Sonics throughout the nation, and always have enjoyed our meals. 1:45 in the afternoon today, 1 or 2 cars in the parking lot. Order: #1 with mustard & ketchup, #3 (double bacon cheese burger w/mayo) as a meal, with medium onion rings and a medium butterfinger Sonic Blast. Outside order verification wasnt working when I ordered, came up in a minute or so, inserted credit card - didnt work. Didnt look at what was ordered. 20 minutes pass..... What came - medium blast, ok - medium onion ring, ok - 1 sandwich, asked where other sandwich was, they claimed I didnt order a second sandwich. OK....I want a #3 w/mayo. Opened up the first sandwich, took a bite - nothing on it but mustard and ketchup and cheese. The first sandwich was supposed to be with out mayo, came with no veggies - called them on the speaker. Took 3 minutes to answer. They couldnt bring out a new sandwich. Asked to have veggies put on #1 that we had. Blast melting, sandwich #1 lukewarm now. Onion rings now cold. No #3. They come out and get #1 sandwich (1/4 eaten) to put rest of veggies on it. After the mix up with the #1, I called on the speaker to say that I wanted my #3 JUST LIKE THE PICTURE ON THE BOARD, just to make sure there was no mistake. Asked to speak to manager - was told she was too busy to come out. Now have been there about 35 minutes. Sandwiches come out. Now have been there 40+ minutes. #1 came - things added, but now sandwich is cold. Opened up bag with #3 - a double bacon cheese burger mind you...no bacon, no veggies. Im ticked. Walked up to window to speak to manager. Was told that was how we ordered it. I said that there was a lot of miscommunication, they offered no solutions. I asked if they could put the bacon and veggies on the sandwich, and we asked again for a phone # for corporate or the franchisee. Manager went back inside, did not come back out. Car hop came out with change for our $20.00, and said they did not have a number for us to call. I asked car hop why would we order a number 3 (double bacon cheese burger) and not have the bacon put on it? She shook her head that she didnt know. Everything now cold, except the blast, which was melted. So solutions were ever offered. No apologies. They insisted that we didnt know how to order. We have ordered at many Sonics in the past, without problems. Extremely unsatisfied. May be a while before we stop at another Sonic. I gave one star, because I had to....it deserved zero

How many times would you go back ? I went to sonic on Saturday April 1 2017 . I ordered a # 2 A double cheese burger meal, I added bacon grilled onions mayo and mustard. It comes with fries and a drink. I get my order and leave. I tasted the fries on my way home. The fries were cold and greasy. I turn around and went back to sonic. I asked for fresh fries.They bring out another fry that tasted like had been sitting underneath the heating lamp too long. I drive up to the window and ask for fresh fries again. These fries were hot but tasted like they had been re fried. To make matters worse, I made it home and my double cheese burger with bacon grilled onions and mustard only had lettuce tomato pickle and mustard No grilled onions, No cheese and No beef patties. I go all he way back and the manager shows the buns to the cook and then offers me a coupon to come back another day because they dont refund money.So now I have to get loud and tell her to call her manager because I want my money back. She calls and gets the okay to refund me my money. Then she asks me for the drink. I left it at home. She said well I have to charge you for it. Who Dose that ?So I get real loud and say What the right thing to do is . You should be giving me a free meal ,and my money back with an apology . She asked me to step out the store other wise she was going to call the police. I said I will gladly step out and did. No apology for messing up my order .She brings out my receipt and tells me because they refunded my money they wont serve me any more. Today is Thursday and they have yet to return my money to my bank account.. So now I have to call my bank. Update: still no money

This is probably the worst Sonic around. Dont go here!! I am not a person to complain, but my order has been wrong multiple times at this location. Last night I had ordered two Blasts. A brownie and cookie dough madness blast, and a peanut butter cookie dough blast. What I got: vanilla ice cream in a cup with very few brownies pieces, and the other was vanilla ice cream in a cup with some peanut butter. Very disappointed. Where is the cookie dough? That was not what I ordered. I called the store to complain today, and they tell me that they are out of cookie dough. They failed to tell me that they were out of cookie dough when I made my order. Maybe they thought I wouldnt notice the cookie dough missing. Really? Thats how you are going to treat your customers? I expect to receive what I ordered. The "manager" that I talked to was rude and would not listen to what I had to say. Every time I go here the workers are playing around, and not paying attention to the customers. I suggest to not go here. They dont want our service. This sonic needs to be shut down with all the reviews I have read about this location. I would rather drive down south to a sonic that knows what theyre doing. The people working at this sonic are not professional. Who knows what they do to their customers food. Seriously dont go here because its not worth your time OR money. You never get what you ask for here.

The manager left us waiting for over 10 minutes without taking our order. I decided to try the drive through and waited another almost 5 minutes. I had to pull up to the actual drive through window just to talk with a person. An older lady claiming to be a manager lied to me about how busy they were. She didnt know I had been there and knew there was only 1 other customer that already had food. After 20 minutes my order was finally taken and not to my surprise I was charged to the max. They wouldnt even honor a military discount nor would they acknowledge the situation was handled entirely wrong. I was supposed to get a receipt and survey, big shock, there was no survey given. To make it all worse, nobody even bothered to check if everything was okay with our order. We had our meals in the stall. Moreover, the old ladys attitude was entirely unbecoming of a manager and very unprofessional. I was mistreated and disrespected by the managers actions. A different manager said there were three managers and one employee inside, and the only person who was considerate was the carhop. He came out with his phone to write down our order because the manager told us to pull into a stall and still had us wait 4 minutes after we pressed the red button. I will not go to that Sonic again. My advice, find another location to visit.
