I ordered 3 sandwiches and the deep dried pickles. I ordered at 9:25 and got my food at 9:59. At 9:55 I called from the parking lot to see if they had forgotten me. I had ordered the hot chicken sliders with the pickles. They came without the pickles, so Im glad I had ordered a side of them. I might say agyer an expierence like this that I wont ever go back, but I will, tjose b pickles were good. I will be getting them again. I know that my experience was more about the crew on staff tonight than anything else. Now about a week later I go back to get more pickles, and food for my kids. They featured the pickles on the marquee. So I pull up to the drive through, fourth pkace from the menu board, sixth from the window. When I finally get to the menu board, (10 minutes at least), they have a small, (1" × 3"), fresh out of pickles. What is wrong with these people? If you are out of a product, dont promote it. Change your GD marquee. Every problem I have encountered there had nothing to do with the food.

Id give this sh*thole 0 stars if I could. this is a great place to go if you have nowhere else to be, because chances are theyll have you sitting in their "crave zone" for at least 10 minutes. when you finally get your food it will be handed off by a miserable lack luster life hating teenager with an attitude and the food you waited so long for will be wrong. if you decide to go have it corrected they will interrogate you as if you were the one who made the mistake. if you finally get your food correct at least it will taste the same as any other white castle. slow, incompetent, rude, and unintelligent staff. horrible service!

Extremely slow, no one was waiting for there food but I still had to wait 10 minutes... For some chicken fries & a order of there loaded fries. I asked for honey mustard and ofcourse there was none. I then had to stand waiting for another 5 minutes just to get honey mustard. I had mentioned there napkins were out & supposedly they only have them at the tables.. ( Was getting it to go) Why do they even have a napkin dispenser by the pop machine then ?!? -.-

Mostly one worker he is friendly but others are in their own world and not saying hi or thank you or anything and the one manager was rude. This is my experience of about 4 visits this year. I dont go there much. The orders are wrong 1/2 the time so check it before you leave. I have to go back and try to get it fixed. This last time the manager was so rude, kept demanding a receipt so mad at me when I never even got a receipt.

I hate this place, the midnight crew has serous attitude probloms. They always mess up my simple order. And the last time I asked for 10 ketchup. The old black lady through me 2 and slammed the door. And every time I get hash browns. Theyre either soggy or recooked. I dont know how these people still have a job, and thats really sad. I almost never say that about fast food employees.

Its always good except for the man that hands you your cup with his fingers inside and out of it, no gloves. Even if there were gloves Im sure there would be stuff inside your cup you did not want inside your cup, they should always grab it from the end. Why did they think straws are wrapped in paper most of the time, people do not want to put things in their mouth other people touch.

Person running the drive through can NEVER hear anything you are saying which makes it nearly impossible to get your order correct and I know this from experience. Theyre usually really nice but its just annoying to get home and find sauces missing from your burger and just everything messed up after trying to explain what you want 30 times without them being able to hear you.

I like white castle but this location is consistently the slowest. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru without it moving and watching a frustrated customer knock on the window without being helped I left along with everyone else in line. Another time I went inside and watched the staff work and it was hilarious to see how slowly they work.

The absolute worst experience of my life the night shift drive-thru crew is slower than molasses set in the line for at least an hour 30 minutes 4 two cheeseburgers and a fry I will not be coming to this White Castles ever again in my life I thought speed of service was key but apparently that is not the key for this restaurant

I got a big family so everytime they are hungry and need something good to taste their mouth on, I always count on this White Castle for service. Had been ordering combo meals and Crave Case on this location for many years now and so far it never disappoint. Keep up the good work University WC.

The best late night food ever but when you order hamburgers with everything except pickles and you get cheeseburgers with everything including pickles and their cold thats a problem that makes me angry. If I ever get food at this location again I will come into the store.

This is the greatest experience of customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They make the food properly. The staff is always friendly and smiling and very helpful. The crave zone is 5 minutes at best. I love this white Castle location.

This location is NOT open 24 hours. Their dining room hours are 5am to 11pm. Their drive thru IS open 24 hours, but that is two SEPERATE schedules.
