Each time I order online I have an issue. Either the order doesnt get registered or some how my info gets changed and they cant reach me. On my main account it has my correct #, but then the address was changed and the phone # there was changed. I would suggest calling to do your order and not using the online ordering. But my kids love the cheese crust, so we order it occasionally. But overall the food is good.

Better off getting Gluten Free from the grocery store. I appreciate the fact my pizza was warm and delivered on time, but the cost isnt worth what was actually purchased. UDI pizza crust is the same from the store. 9.99 for the pizza then a delivery fee on top makes it unworthy of another purchase. 3 stars based on the delivery, ease of the app and that the pizza was warm.

Ive ordered pizza hut for the 3rd time tonight. Not sure if I called the same place thats why my rating is only 4 stars. In the past my rating wouldve been 5 stars. We tried stuffed crust tonight, lady on the phone was very pleasant, professional...bottom line I didnt feel like a burden. So 4 stars for customer experience. Now to wait for the pizza....to be continued

Nobody answers the phone, late deliveries and its not even hot when it gets here and cant even make a complaint cause nobody will pick up the phone. Been on hold for 30 min.... and my gf waited 15.. like wtf. Now I been waiting an hour and a half, still no pizza and nobody WILL PICK UP THE PHONE

Great location gone down hill. We frequently ordered pizza from this location without fail till ordering issue was met with rude customer service and inadequate service. Changing Pizza Hut locations and its a shame to lose a good store to rude staff.

2 hours Later still no pizza. Called back and my order was not registered. then I show up at the place after confirming that they charged my account and still no pizza. wanted me to pay again.10 minutes of arguing still no pizza. Never going back!!!!

You know Pizza Hut is just Pizza Hut but am a truck driver and I am limited to mobilization to get to these places. So I called and ordered deliver. They were very accommodating and I only wish I had a few more dollars to tip the driver. Thank you.

Yumm love Pizza Hut! We always pickup and never have delivered due to the wait time. The only issue we have ever had was the chicken wings. I refuse to try their wings again... Their a pizza place and they excel at Pizza

Ordering on line is terrible ordered LG pepperoni lover put in notes that I wanted stuffed crust I got a LG deep dish regular pepperoni called to fix it the manager was rude wouldnt fix it I know better now
