Went there tonight for my first real meal this week. I should have known when I got there and there was NO ONE in the dining room. I was greeted promptly at the counter and said he would be right with me, despite the fact that there was another worker next to him who seemed to be more concerned about an internet rumor about her cigarettes. Placed my order and the clerk looked at me like I was nuts for wanting to sit down and eat. Ordered a medium pie and breadsticks for an appetizer. Pie showed up first by two pieces eaten. The guy who brought me my food had his pants half falling off of him and things like a plate, napkin, parm, salt, and pepper seemed to be lost on him. Had my entire meal and NO ONE asked me how my food was. I ended going back into their construction area and got my own to go box. Find someplace else to spend your money. I know I will.

Horrible service, disgusting and hazerdous food. called to place order but no answer and when they do pick up very rude to customers. I like pizza hut pizza so gave up and ordered online when the guy over the phone couldnt het the order right. Took hour and fifteen minutes for delivery. When pizza did arrive the box looked like some one had tried folding box in half, the pizza was all squeezed to the one side, and it was ice cold. Called to complain but no one picked up. It was late and everything was close by this point so we ate little bit of pizza. Unfortunately everyone who had a slice got food poisoning. The worst and most disgusting pizza hut Ive ever ordered from and will warn everyone to stay away from this pizza hut location.

Have picked up pizza twice in recent months. Have never had a negative experience! I know what to expect. (Decided to have pizza delivered - specifically to get the experience and review after noting the negative reviews were from months back.) Order was taken promply and professionally at 12:20pm by Tony, who repeated my order back to me to confirm. Food delivered hot and fresh within the hour to my door. No complaints! If you need something fast - pick up window is fastest option. Always tip your delivery person.

Not great at delivery but if youre just calling in an order and picking it up its great. Im a soldier and know not to have it delivered on base. I saw someone on here complain about the spicy buffalo pizza being too hot.. uhh its SPICY BUFFALO.. duh. and someone said, "you can tell whos just here for the check." why the heck else is ANYONE at work when the job is Pizza Hut? No one goes into work in the food industry to change lives. Get a grip ppl. Its just pizza.

Im staying on base for the weekend so i ordered me a pizza to be delivered to me since I dont have my car up here.. Well they knowingly let me order my pizza then called me and said their driver doesnt have her license.. How are you letting her drive without a license?! Then they asked if I could come to the gate to get it.. Um no I cant! They need to get it together then the other day they brung me my pizza and it was cold!

They seem to always mess up my order. Im beginning to wonder if Pizza Hut is actually my enemy instead of my favorite pizza place to eat. I ordered a deep dish pizza, paid extra bc its $1 extra, and I received flat crust. Krista said that it was deep pan but didnt finish proofing. Ummm, give my dollar back maam. Since I had eaten a slice and my daughter as well, they said no siree. So I got stuck with thick flat dough. #Petty

Consistently late on delivery. Consistently COLD pizza if and when it finally did arrive. More than 30 minutes late on three consecutive deliveries. Was given a store credit, when all I really wanted was the service promised. I want results, not excuses. Pizza Hut is getting worse....... steadily worse. Opening the door for other pizza places that can back up their claims of fast service and customer satisfaction.

Waited 3 Hours for a pizza!!!!!!!!!We ordered a pizza online at 6:34pm, delivery time was estimated at 8:14pm. At about 8:45pm we called the store to find out where our food was, and were directed to the call center. They told us our pizza was on the way. After calling 3 more times, each time they said it was on the way, and waiting 3 hours we told them to forget it. We would avoid this location at all costs.

Had a bad experience recently with trying to resolve an accidental wrong delivery and initially gave this location 1 star. This morning they resolved the issue and apologized, and I sincerely appreciate them acknowledging the poor customer service experience I had. Aside from this one incident, I have otherwise always had an excellent experience with their delivery and food quality.

Lost my service when I needed my pizza they asked me if I could meet them on the other side of the gate because they didnt have a driver that could even come on to base.... so I would pay them to deliver a pizza to the base but I would have to drive farther then them to pick it up.... not to mention they are always at a minimum hour late...

If I could give this place no stars I would... the employees were rude and VERY unfriendly. You can tell whos ONLY there for a check. When we were leaving there was a customer (their only costumer, besides us) in there still waiting for their order while two workers were outside blabbering loudly and obnoxiously about their personal lives.

Ordered the Spicy Buffalo Chicken pizza and it was hot! Asked for the ranch that I usually get with it and the guy says it is a extra 67 cents! For real? Really? Ok, Ive had enough of their rudeness. Who owns this place? They need to get some training in proper customer service

Well Im going have to give up on this Pizza Hut. Last time I ordered it was wrong so I complained to the corp office. Tonight I pick up my order and its wrong again. I called the manager this time . Who has time to take it back and wait on another one?

Not nearly as bad as the reviews seem to say. Its a little old in the inside, but the staff has always been very nice and I havent ever had bad pizza here. Beats the heck out of the cheap, bland pizza you get at other national chains.

Sitting on hold for 15 mins, use a different phone they pick up and take my order, then before they take my card they put me on hold again for another 10 plus mins. Writing this while I sit on hold with both phone. They suck!!!!!
