This is the worst Perkins Ive ever been to. I ate there a few weeks ago and it was so horrible I just had to write a review. I ordered the Captains Catch and my clam strips came to me burned - twice. The second time, they said that it would be on the house because they kept burning my food, but at the register they gave me a whopping discount of $2 on a meal that I could only eat a fraction of. I ordered the clam chowder as well, but I have no idea what it was because there were no clams and it was not chowder. It was little more than heated milk. If youre going to a Perkins, just head a little out of the way to the one in Chanhassen, because this one is not worth the risk of bad food. I realize that Perkins isnt a 5-star restaurant, but I love going to Perkins and this one was just horrible. I should note that our waitress was really kind, but she was the only one working in a decently-populated restaurant and was obviously over-stressed.

It was horrible, service was rough due to our elder waitress who was more concern with chatting to other older customers instead of taking our order or refilling drinks. I had to wait 30 minutes for 1 refill and even then another 10 minutes before I got the drink. The food once we got it was aweful, overcooked bacon and pancakes what were rubbery. The waitress may have noticed me typing this because she said she felt bad and offered free muffins... but to little to late for poor service after we were finished. We only gave a tip to just get out of there, I use to work at Perkins and can understand, but this was horrible.. the restaurant was not even busy... Food = Bad Waitress Service (Kathy) = Bad

Just went to perkins here and had worst experience ever! Horrable horrable host/server named Marina who was rude to us the min we walked in, told our group right when we walked in that we should have gone to perkins in Chanhassen instead, telling the kids they better not spill cuz she just vacummed, she mocked and yelled at our nice waitress nicole who was trying to serve our group of 30 plus ppl by herself instead of actually helping her, told us at the end that we should have called before hand, ect ect. The food was cold when we finally got it an hour and half later, we didnt get any drinks for 45 min after we sat down and we all ordered water, the list goes on and on,

This is one of the worst Perkins around. Most Perkins have disgusting bathrooms but this one is the worst Ive encountered. Its not a one time thing. The accompanying photos are the norm not the exception at this location. I expect better and the bottom line is the people that use and maintain this restroom are the same people that cook and serve you your food.

Not really impressed with the phone mannerisms of the girl who answered and took my to go order. She was screaming in the phone, very immature, and asked me if I wanted scrambled eggs with my eggs Benedict. She also asked me if I wanted tots...Seriously? Hash Browns, breakfast potatos, or fruit...I cant wait to go pick it up, so I can eat the wrong order...

Tonight, I must give a two stars. The waitress had an attitude. The full table next to ours was never cleaned off. There were two tables with customers, but the waitress never found the time to take an order. ....The decaf was awful....bitter acrid. Btw: A different waitress, Nicole, then took our order. She was accommodating, gracious.

I dont think there has been a single time in the last year where there hasnt been an issue with my tables order. Tonight it was the wrong muffin. Last time we didnt get pancakes, Ive had servers walk away with my drink and never bring back a refill. I think the only thing Perkins is good at is to take peoples money.

Perkins selection seems to have diminished. My burger was very well done when I requested medium. Bun was very hard. Fries were good. Staff were friendly but nothing exceptional about the service. There arent many other options close by so Ill probably eat here again but only when I cant wait for a better meal

Perkins is Perkins. I find there isnt a lot of difference between them. Decent food for decent prices, and its open all night. If youve been to any Perkins you know if you like it or not, therefore you know if youll like this one or not. Its as simple as that. The main draw for me is their pie. Mmm....pie...

So dirty! Bathrooms resemble something you might find at a truck stop. Service was slow, no crayons given to the kids. The food was mediocre at best. Dry hashed browns, dry cinnamon role. Yall need a focus on the holistic customer experience, from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave.

Had to ask for certain menu items that were included with the meal ie: muffin/tots. Also asked for strawberries on the pancakes and that never happened as well as no sour cream on my meal. Not impressed with the service, sat there with dirty plates and no bill for a while and the place wasnt even busy!

Worst experience I have ever had with Perkins. I was discriminated and was served certain types of food Im prohibited to eat . I was told we cant serve you food and "our last our just went out" . "we only serve pork and ham. I hope those individuals held responsible.

Worst service Ive had in years. Sat for 20 minutes without even getting a water. The staff was not overwhelmed with customers by any means. There were a number of employees standing around doing nothing. I was embarrassed for them. I will not be returning.

Good service and the server was nice, but sat at a dirty table, the utensils werent clean, and bad food. Had a hair in my food and it ruined my appetite. Got a cinnamon roll, on the house because of it. Wont be coming back to this Perkins- everl!

Always have wonderful experiences here, and always friendly wait staff! We had a mix up on something and the server was offering a bunch of ways to fix it, and gave us refills before we can even think about getting a refill. Cant wait to go again.

The service is consistently bad. The water is reminiscent of wet dog and/soap. Waited almost an hour for food with no silverware. Failed to take my order multiple times... How is that even possible? The music is also objectively in poor taste.

Very friendly staff, we had 5 people that fit into a booth with a bit of a squeeze. The breakfast hit the spot after a late night on the town. Great selections of everything. Pies looked amazing even though we were too stuffed to enjoy it.

The food seemed ok before the renovation. But on a recent visit it was horrible, scrambled eggs were delivered as a big leathery omelette and the buttermilk pancakes were too salty. If a breakfast place cant get these basics right, avoid.

Took 20 minutes to get a menu and our drink order. Came back 10 minutes later to take our order. Still no drinks. Another 15 minutes later our drinks and food. The food was normal perkins food. But the service was horrible.
