Dirty and slow. Arrived at 7:45 p.m. floors wet and messy, messy tables in lobby, buffet mostly empty and destroyed, guy washing floor behind counter with pieces of chicken sitting on floor that they dropped earlier, and still sloe to take my order. 3 tables in the lobby and no cars in drive-through. Then a track team came in and really put them behind. Wow. And they ran out of Mt. Dew. Whole store is out. And lobby garbage are so full doors wont shut. Update- 2 weeks later: Gave it another chance. Mistake. Arrived at 7:30 and buffet the is empty and hasnt been service in what looks like a couple of hours by the cooked on gravy drippings. Original chicken pan empty, Crispy with two really old looking pieces. Garbage full. Bathroom filthy. Tables are a disaster. Just watched a guy fill a blow it gravy to go (no gloves) and then proceed to lick gravy off of his fingers, then put the lid on the bowl and put in to go bag. Customer was watching him, no idea why she didnt demand a new one. How this place passes the health inspection is frightening. Ill never be back, and I love me some KFC. Update #2 on visit #2: Just watched customer walk in and stand at cash register, ungreeted and never served after 5 minutes she left. After 3 minutes I started video taping it, so I have proof. This is as bad as Ive ever seen. Corporate will be getting a report from me on this. It serves no one to be this catastrophically bad. This is negligence and laziness at a level Ive never seen. And I worked fast food for 5 years, so thats saying something! Seriously. Dont eat here. At least not on a Saturday night for sure.

Ridiculous service. After a 12 hiur workday I went thru the drive thru. Took 15 minutes. Ordered a 12 piece which should have had 2 large potatoes and coleslaw. Got home to feed a family if 4 and Im so oussed. They gave me small sides so only half of us got to eat. I called the store and a manager said they were out of large. Took 4 times for me her to understand I should have had 4 small in place of 2 larges. I am so freaking annoyed and NO I am not coming back in after a 1 hour day, 15 minute wait and 20 minute drive to get there. Your answer of next time I come in talk to a manager Id not ok. Screw it...this is twice things have been messed up and Im done eating here. I will be calling corporate offices to complain as well.

So I seen the comment where he said that this was such a terrible place to go. It honestly has been a great experience for me. The tables were all cleaned up for me and even the girl who cashed me out wiped down the table for me to sit down so it wasnt dirty for me. The people here are so nice and I recommend for everybody to come here and eat. The food was absolutely amazing and there chicken was wonderful. The place was picked up so nice. I even have pictures to show that this place is great. They might of been not so great before but for my experience it was wonderful.

Cashier pushed the buffet that gets refreshed every 15 min the skim on the gravy for the mash potatoes was thicker then the ice on the lakes in January looked like the chicken was the first batch of the day its almost 5 pm now so we decided to go with the strips and potato wedges bad choice should have known better potato wedges were petrafied and saltier then ocean water and 1/2 oz cup sauce for 6 tenders and a box of inedible potato wedges Less then fresh very disappointed

WOW!! I travel for work and eat out a lot. I have NEVER been to a place where the management and staff were so rude to each other and customers. People yelling at each other in the back about quantity of chicken being placed on the buffet line. Staff being rude to customers when they ask questions about buffet. People screaming out of the kitchen at the guy changing trash bags. Never again!!

I dont know if I just have bad luck or what but every...EVERY time I go to this KFC I have a problem. The workers there always seem like they are distracted and have something better to do than to be working there. Today the guy at the drive-thru kept cutting me off while I was talking before I was even done saying my order and when I got to the window he was talking his cell phone.

We went for the buffet and it was pathetic. Salad bar area was a mess. Hardly any lettuce. There were no biscuits. The items that were there looked like they had been sitting out for hours. The eating area was a mess. Dirty tables. Trash bins stuffed full. The staff was not rude but may no attempt to be pleasant or helpful. We wont be eating there again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Took my wife and 6 year old there for the buffet. Nobody seemed interested in working. The buffet was full of old chicken and when they finally put out some chicken it was bloody. My wife cut into her piece and blood came out. Nasty place to eat. Never again

This establishment seriously needs to get it together. I understand being understaffed, but at least greet your customer that has been standing at the register for 5 minutes. Looks like this will be the last time I ever waste my money here.

This place is only getting worse. From employees treating customers like trash, to managers making excuses for their behavior. The latest however is the skimpy amount of potatoes and forgetting gravy. Dont waste your money here.

Went there at 8:30 (open until 10) and the door was locked with poorly written sign saying lobby closed but drive thru was open went to drive thru the menu light was off and we waited for a minute or two with no response...

Ive lived in Forest Lake for over a year now. Went to KFC today for the first time. Was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, the restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly. Good experience. Will be back!

Nick was very polite and caring. He was such a gentleman and even asked how our day was going, and said hello to our 1 year old. Very friendly smile and good at his job. Best service we have had at a KfC!!!!

I have come to this KFC multiple times and have actually recieved the correct order once out of five times. If you want anything to be correct when you order its worth the drive to go somewhere else.

Terrible management.... Bad, bad, bad. Used to be an employee hours were cut for no reason co-workers were disgusting and would spit in the Cole slaw just gross
