We went through drive up at this location today and ordered the Family Fill-up special, and some extra slaw. Not only did we not get so much as a "Thank you" from the unfriendly young woman working at the window, we got home and found we had no napkins, silverware or butter for the biscuits. Do customers now have to special order those items? BTW, the food WAS finger licking good, but napkins still would have been nice.

They are so incredibly disorganized. We have been there several times and it has never been a good experience. They are always under staffed, out of food and forgetting to add things to our order. We are insane to think that it will ever get better, so I think it would be better just to avoid this restaurant all together. Honestly, it is THE worst fast food place in the area.

Havent been here in a couple years because it was always filthy. That hasnt changed so I wont be back. 6 employees in the back, no one at the drive-up, one other table of 2 people besides me and my husband. Dirty tables, dirty chairs, filthy floor, no crispy chicken on buffet, no forks . . .

Staff were incredibly rude... the main dining room was closed (chairs on all tables) 45 minutes before posted closing time, staff member mopping floor made me and 3 other customers wait several minutes before coming to take our orders, very slow service and nowhere to sit and eat the meal.

The service was very poor, and workers did not listen. I got the wrong order, and when we got the correct food it was very horrible, and partially frozen. To compensate for the misshape, they gave me an expired coupon. I do not recommend EVER going to KFC.

My wife and I got really bad food poison the place was a absolute pig sty the people working there are very rude I hope no one else experiences this like we did we will never eat KFC again and thats a promise

Still over one hour to closing and they were out of legs & breasts, both original & extra crispy, the chicken strips were terrible, there was almost no gravy on the mashed potatoes...the clerk was pleasant.

Buffet available. Great tasting chicken. They dont always put out breasts on the buffet as they claim they dry out, but if you ask theyll give you some.
