I went to this Chipotle 1/26 for the highly anticipated "try softritas get a free burrito for your next visit" promotion. This was particularly exciting for me because I am a vegetarian and since softritas have debuted in MN they have been my go to. Upon arrival I was told that they were out of softritas so I would have to get something else but they would still charge me for the sofrita so their numbers for the promotion wouldnt be off.(disappointing!) As a non carnivore my only other option was a veggie bowl which comes with free guacamole . When I got up to check out the cashier had charged me for the guacamole and when I asked her why and she said that only the veggie comes with free gauc and I was paying for softritas. I obviously questioned this because I didnt even want the veggie to start with but didnt have time to go anywhere else on my lunch break at this point. Her response was "She dont understand me, we gotta get someone else to talk to this lady, she dont understand me." After much more fuss than needed another employee finally refunded me for the guacamole up charge. I have worked in customer service for over a decade and would never dream of taking to a customer like that weather I thought they were wrong or not! Long story short obviously Chipolte is a stellar company overall but the customer service at this location is lacking to say the least. I am very disappointed in the Eden Prairie location.

This was my first exposure to Chipotle, so I didnt really know what to expect. Ive heard good things about this chain and wanted to give it a try. I ordered a stake burrito and was unpleasantly surprised that guacamole I added was actually extra $1.95 on the top of already overpriced burrito. Also, the counter girl was "mumbling" my choices of ingredients and was surprised that I didnt know them by heart. I ended up paying ~$10 for my burrito. So, not so "cheapotle". I figured that must be an amazing burrito if people are willing to pay this kind of money for that. The burrito was actually just okay. The stake wasnt properly seasoned and tasted pretty plain. The burrito itself was lacking flavor and certainly wasnt $10 worth. I occasionally visit Taco Bell that suppose to be inferior to this place, but I actually like their grilled burritos more. Not to mention that it cost less than half of what I had to pay here. I guess for $10 I could have a "sit down" meal at a restaurant, and not a takeout experience at a fast food joint.

Horrible service. Seriously, the worst Ive ever had. Im a strong proponent of Chipotle. In fact, Id say the from an ideology standpoint, there is no one greater. Sustainable agriculture, great food, incredible business model. That said, what a disaster this place is. Ive eaten at this location twice, so its not coincidence, but merely poor management. Today I went there with my three year old daughter, while trying to order I kept getting interrupted by another employee asking if I wanted something else. meanwhile they were filling another large order and making a mess of all the ingredients all over the prep area and our food while one guy was literally jumping over the other to fill this order. At the end the guy assisting me just left our food and started working on the other order while we just there waiting. To shorten the story up, I asked for the manager, when he came over I asked him what was going on and he was very rude and pointed the general managers card. No customer service at all.

Great food per usual and they got through the line pretty quick in comparison to others Ive been at. The reason for the two stars was our "host" Michael... Customers in front and behind me were also talking about his attitude and comments. Bossing other employees around and was completely rude to a lady who was trying to figure out her chiptopia card... New to the area and plan to come again, hopefully Ill have a better review the next go around or I wont be back

Ive had mixed experiences at this location. Some, appalling, some excellent. Hand washing and basic sanitation seem a little lax here. The staff is getting better at listening to your order and helping you build your food but could do better at times. Food quality is pretty good but Ive also been shorted on protein because they were low and instead of getting more fresh they scrape out the bottom of the serving tub. Other times, its great.

I probably come here about once every 2-4 weeks for some good old American - Mexican food. The quality of their ingredients are excellent and their staff members are always friendly and professional. I agree the lines can go through the door but its totally worth it. Im not a big Mexican food fan (I avoid going to Taco Bell at all cost) but the quality keeps me coming back to Chipotle.

Never pre-order pickup at this location. Gave them 3 chances and it is never ready on time. I showed up on time for my order and was willing to wait as it wasnt even touched yet, as usual. Then they made the orders of people who arrived after I got there before they made my order. They have no idea how to run their line. Ill still eat Chipotle, but never at this location again.

I just called the Eden Prairie location and talked to a woman who said she was the manager. I wanted to place a $500 catering order for tomorrow. I missed the 24 hour window (Im at 22 - so short 2 hours only) and she was huffing and puffing the whole time. I asked to speak with someone else and she said "I"m sorry if you dont like the way Im talking to you". UNREAL.

Tonight was the first time I wasnt happy with my steak burrito and I have been eating them for many years at least once a month. My steak was so tough that I couldnt even chew it and for some reason it was very spicy and I dont ever get anything spicy for I cant stand my mouth to burn like that. So I am not at all happy with the experience! Thanks, Christine BAKER

Very nice and understanding staff, they do thier best to serve you as quickly as possible, and it seems that the ingredients are always fresh when I come here. The lines can be bad, but if you know the rushes well enough you can avoid the long line. You can also see the line through the restaraunt window and you can take a guess of how long it will take.

This place is almost always behind and below the bar. I understand the usual wait at Chipotle, but this branch seems to dig themselves in too deep. Constantly out of core ingredients, and management is no where to be found. Never have I been thanked for my patience or been apologized to for the wait. Lacking basic customer service and food management.

Good food, fun people, but terrible efficiency. Why would you have the same workers creating online orders as the orders of walk in patrons? The customer in store should not be neglected, and whats the point of having multiple prep stations if they arent utilized? Poor overall experience time after time, yet the food always delivers.
