So i frequently return to this place because i do get bored of the selection around hopkins for a quick meal. Its just incredibly frustrating that every experience i have with this burger king is met with horrible service, and even worse tasting food. Ive had a 20 percent chance of getting hot fries, and a 10 percent chance to get an adequate amount of sauce for my chicken (literally) most people will scoff at my comments and think im exaggerating. Most recently, 10 minutes ago i had order 2 #13s. The chicken fry meal. Its a frequent choice for me and i was also with my brother who had gotten a meal as well. Not only once again are my fries cold. The guy who took my order failed to even ask if i want sauce. For chicken? Seriously who eats chicken nuggets or chicken fries without thinking of a dipping sauce. Its incredible the laziness the majority of this team has. I had asked for sauce because its programmed for me to ask now. And for 9 chicken fries, i get one sauce. Tell me how you run any restaurant and stay in business with a lack of consistent quality service. Its just a disappointment every time i go there. I did the same thing with the wendys off of blake rd, i am driving the extra 5 minutes to the other wendys off 11th ave for similar reasons. Just overall the worst service given by people who dont care about their jobs amd care less about the customers.

At 10:25 ish this morning I pulled up and was greeted "can I help you?" I asked for a minute. Then ordered a breakfast burrito and a water when I was ready. She repeated my order and told me what was due. Never once a hello, thank you, anything. I pulled up to the window and she said "$3.74." She gave me change and I said thank you. Still nothing. 2 minutes later she shoved the bag out the window while she was gossiping with other employees. No thank you or nothing. No water so I sat there a minute until she turned around and said "yeah?" I asked her if she had the water. She said "you want a water?" I said yes please and she shoved that out the window without a word. This is the second time this same girl has had that attitude. She is disrespectful and rude. She has no sense of customer service. If you cant say hi or thank you, you should not be working in a customer service oriented job.

I live by this Burger King and have gone there so many times,but no longer! I have gotten plastic in my burger, I consistantly get the wrong meal, their staff really sucks, they switched a burger paddy for a breakfast sandwich that was meant to have sausage on it. I have gotten the wrong condiments on basic burgers. Then when I call to make them aware of the mistakes or wrongs order they sent me with they only allow a refund for me to use at Burger King!!! This place is not worth anyones time.

I dont go to BK because the food is amazing, I go because Im in the area and need something quick. I just spent nearly 10 min in the drive thru waiting for a #1 meal. How long does it take to make your signature burger and fries??? The line behind me was honking and the whole time no one ever came to the window to update me. Then they were unresponsive when I complained. Next time Ill drive further to the McDonalds by the HS and likely still get my food faster.

I frequent this BK when I need a quick meal during lunch at work. I absolutely can not believe that they still have the older Asian woman working the drive thru. She is so rude, she yells out the window, and she tosses the bag at you when you go to leave. I dont care if you work at Burger King or Olive Garden, these people need to learn what customer service is. I wish I could give zero stars. TERRIBLE!!

Horrible customer service, I stood at the counter being ignored by 2 employees who fondled a new sign ignoring their customers. placed order 5minutes later comes out and says oh your food is cooking would like a hashbrown instead of fries cause they failed to put them down. While my burger sat getting old in the window. I dont recommend eating here the employees seem like their not there mentally.

I just pulled up to order and the lady taking my order was EXTREMELY rude. She was difficult to understand so I had her repeat herself (how dare I), she shouted back... literally shouted back "WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DRINK WITH THAT?". Needless to say I put my car in reverse and went to Taco Bell instead

I really like this BK. Jordan from the drive thru was amazing! He went above and beyond, he has exceptional customer service skills! I can tell he takes his job seriously, unlike other employees from other fast food establishments. Keep up the good work, truly appreciate it :)

Terrible Costumers service, they take care more about talking between them, than the costumers, I was Waiting for some one to take my order, more than 5 minutes, incredible how many employees was working and none of them take care. Hopefully the owner take care of his business

Very rude drive thru. Bad at forecasting, runs out of popular items often. Very slow. EACH car seems to wait for their food for at least 3 minutes. Drive thru is always backed up.
