Our family drove across town to eat here years ago, because they were offering a free cookie through an app called Latitude. Either the manager or I did not understand how the app works, or the app was malfunctioning on my phone. Although I did my best to comply with the requirements stated on the app, and the managers instructions, he would not accept the results, or honor the free cookie. He insisted he would have to "see the coupon code", which I was unable to produce to his satisfaction. We drove across town because of that free offer, then were strictly denied. Weve never gone back to Quiznos since that incident. They definitely lost a regular customer over a one dollar cookie. Also, Quiznos has apparently reduced the amount of meat they put on sandwiches. Its noticeably less than before. They also discontinued French Onion flavored topping, which was my favorite. Its still not bad, but with the meat reduction and stingy coupon handling, they lost the edge that compelled me to drive there instead of Subway.

I bought a meal and they made me leave before I was finished. I still had half of my drink and half of my sandwich left and they told me to leave. not happy with their service.

Super nice staff. I go there almost everyday for a salad. I dont even need to say what I want cause they already know. :)
