Every time ive been to this taco bell it is absolutely terrible. The food is slopped together with out a care and the customer service is terrible. I today was unacknowledged when myself and family walked in the door the employees seem to avoid the front counter as if its a punishment to run the register and god forbid if they arent trained, they could at least alert the cashier of the obvious customers in the lobby waiting to be served (not only myself and family) . The last time i was here i went through the drive thru and the lady was so rude while i was ordering i chose to go else where and told her to cancel my order. I understand that its just taco bell and we already dont expect much from this terrible conpany, but seeing as there is plenty of options down the block and across highway 7 do yourself a favor and dont bother here. Save yourself the strain and just go else where.

I didnt want to even give them one star or even half of a star. I have tried to give this particular taco bell and its employees the benefit of the doubt, but I see that they are set on being one of the worst tacos bells ever. I have had at least 3 incidents dealing with rude employees. Tonight I decided to go and I talked about how my taco did not taste fresh and it was cold. Immediately, one of the employees rudely cut me off telling me it was fresh because they cooked it not to mention the rude manager and all the other staff being extremely rude. They had the whole store gang up on me and another person I was with. Instead of fixing the problem, they tried to argue with us and they threw our change and slamemd the window in our faces. I will never ever eat at this location again. I hope whoever runs and owns this location knows that their employees are running their customers away!

This has got to be the worst Taco Bells I have ever been too, I have given them three chances and every one has been a inconvenience. I never have done a review until now. None of the employees understand how to sub sauces. They automatically charge you when its supposed to be subbed not added. Secondly two orders In the same car is not an inconvienence whats so ever but for these employees here it is. They think putting one order in then going through the drive thru to put the second order in is how it should be done when that is just asinine. Something needs to happen to the management at this Taco Bell as the management doesnt even know how to do their job.

Worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. They always skimp on toppings at this location, from the value menu items to the premium. The tortillas are always hard and stale, the meat is always dry and practically non-existent, the produce is always flavorless and browning. The employees share managements "I dont care" attitude. Ive contacted management twice now about a problematic visit and I havent received a single response in TWO months. They simply do not care. Avoid this location at all costs unless youre fine with getting ripped off.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Specifically one black young make screwed with my order and when I called him out on it and he starts talking trash to me. A PAYING CUSTOMER. I dont know about you guys, that is UNACCEPTABLE. Im calling Taco Bell customer service tomorrow. I did not work 9 hours after school to put up with that BS. NEVER COMING BACK. IM COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DISGUSTED.

Normally a good location, fast and standard Taco Bell food. Went earlier today around dinner time and all three of our orders were wrong. Cashier didnt seem to care and also didnt know what anything on the menu was. We even repeated what we ordered multiple times. Her response to our orders being incorrect was "oh". Didnt seem to care though. Besides her, its a good place.

How on earth does "Terrence" still have a job here?! Insanely RUDE. Thanks for rolling your eyes at me, thanks for slamming the drive-thru window in my face, oh and thanks for forgetting to give me part of my order. The building is really nice, however, and the food that I actually did receive was tasty!

Just as with every other Taco Bell the order wasnt delivered completely. Of course we went through the drive thru and didnt notice until we returned to the hotel. The food was also nothing spectacular. Too many refried beans and not a good portion of taco meat. Check your order before you leave.

Its taco hell. Would rather it be taco Johns. Compared to taco Johns taco Bell is like comparing a Ford Pinto to a Lamborghini Diablo. The only thing taco Bell is good for is cheap food when youre to drunk to do anything else. Or your "friends" take you out to lunch cause they are cheap bastards.

Always very clean, fast, friendly reliable service during work week lunches. The new trash / recycling setup is a bit ridiculous. Also the seating outside is nice but are couches not tables and which isnt really conducive to eating food because you have to balance your tray on your lap.

We went with some buddys looking for some cheap food and were happily surprised. Awsome service and met the best taco bell employee. Dont know his name but brightened up our day with his elf shoes. Highly recommend, deffintly best taco bell in the area

One of the absolute worst locations. Been through the drive thru twice in a month, theyve forgotten something each time. Tried calling. It goes to a fax machine. What a joke! Dont waste your time. Corporate needs to get this place straightened out.

The renovated space looks great. The food is always good. I dont think theyve ever gotten my order wrong. Invest some resources into training your cashiers how to interact with customers- not that its awful but its interesting to say the least.

Hit or major miss. A major miss was the black guy, drove past to get the bird. He could not get my order remotely right when I told him nothing was right on the screen he raised his voice so i just drove on and past to see his middle finger

Absolute worst. Expectations are already pretty low when going to Taco Bell, but after midnight just dont expect anyone there to give a single F*** about you or your order. Ordered a Cheesy DOUBLE BEEF Burrito, and got one WITHOUT ANY BEEF.

My first experience there was great! I got in, ordered and within 1 minute my food was given to me. Taco Bells infamous broken fountain pop machines were not the case at this particular location. Would definitely recommend.

There is a new Taco Bell right next to this one. When I went, they were very fast. The cashier, seeing I ordered all spicy stuff, gave me a cup for water without me even having to ask. Taco Bell is my go-to fast food place.

This location needs new staff that has customer service skills there just rude and unprofessional I recommend you go elsewhere like the fiveguys or White Castle where they treat there customers with respect.!
