Went there during the afternoon of Sept 14th: The greeter was "okay" you could tell she forced herself to half smile then proceeded to have us cram between two tables full of people. When we asked for a nutritional guide (sister is Type 1 diabetic.. she has a book, but doesnt list everything) we were told to go online...You know because "everyone" has an iPhone. Our actual waiter was pretty nice.. we again asked for a nutritional guide (shouldnt they have a master copy in the backroom?!) he came back and apologized and informed us that unfortunately it is only offered online..at least he was apologetic about it. With my phone I used my minutes to look up the nutritional guide myself. Thankfully after 10 frustrating minutes we figured it out. --Personally, I think they should have offered to look it up for us or something--I dont know if it is law to have a master copy..But I would strongly suggest it.. no one wants to waste their time looking up the foods info..nor should we have to look everything up before we get there.. customers first! After we ordered our food.. about 5-10 minutes later our waiter comes back stating that even though on the menu.. it states you get A,B, and C with the meal.. the menu changed yesterday and we can only have A and B and either D or E with it.. again lack of putting your customers first.. take 20 minutes before the day and write a note on the menus.. or have waiters inform customers before they order..or how about not changing the menu before you order new ones!?! Honestly, I think they just ran out of C and didnt want to admit fault. Again, our waiter was nice about everything.. but feel there was a huge lack of compassion for their customers and just want to get through their day so they can go home. :-( Food was good, I was actually kind of surprised. Or maybe it is just because I was that hungry. None of us got sick afterwards, so thats a plus considering the other reviews I have read. Perkins: get a master copy of your nutritional guide! Keep your menus up to date Teach your staff to be more compassionate! (especially the greeter..) male waiter we had was very nice.

Worst dining experience ever!!. My wife and I took our 15 month old son in for breakfast. First thing was no hostess taking names for seating. Then somebody runs up to someone in front of everybody and gets their name in first. We finally get seated and we are not attended to by a waiter/waitress for 10 minutes, another waitress came and took our drink order. After another 10 minutes our waitress came by and brought some of our drinks and took our order. 30 minutes later our 15 month old son is getting restless so we start walking him around. Then we are told they lost our order and would put it in again, by this time we were fed up, I took my son to the car while my wife waited for the food to come. Then we told them we would take it to go, they offered my wife a muffin while she waited, 20 minutes later still nothing, my wife canceled the order and they made her pay for our drinks. Horrible customer service, and wait staff. I like Perkins in general, and live near this one in Anoka, but will never visit this one again. Thanks for ruining a Sunday morning. Total time about 1 hour 30 minutes and only received drinks.

I didnt like a whole lot of anything. The place is HIGHLY under staffed. I understand that it was busy and all, but that shouldnt amount to bad service and bad food. The waitress was really nice, and that was probably the best part of our experience. Our food wasnt hot, Im pretty sure it sat under the heat lamps for quite a while. My tortilla on my breakfast burrito was partially hard. It took almost 10 minutes for her to get cheese sauce, that is supposed to come warm, but it was really cold. The coffee had a burnt taste. My husbands hash browns tasted like melted plastic. My friends pancakes were super tiny, whereas my husbands were the normal plate size. My friends omelet was the worst part. Only half of it was stuffed, and what it was stuffed with looked gross. We think the burnt pieces inside were once sausage and peppers, still unsure though. They were pretty hard and black. We definitely wont be returning to this particular establishment. Such a shame, I used to love this place.

I tried to call 6 times this morning to place 4 orders to go. No one answer the phone. So then I thought I drive here personally, as I walked in we were not greeted properly. The employee Arlette was very rude... I tried to explain to her that I tried calling in to place my orders and her excuse was that they was busy that is why no one answered the phone. She totally messed up on my order so I had to tell her 2 times. But if she was listening she would of got the order down correctly. Then she passed me onto another lady who worked there and told her she is going on break, which I find very unprofessional. The other lady who assisted us after her was very nice. I understand that the place is busy and there might be delays, but overall how I was treated was unacceptable.... especially when I work in Customer Care. My advice to this Perkins is that you should schedule more people for the morning shift if it is going to be busy.

If I could give this place minus stars I would! Went there for a late night dinner with friend after a long day. Server appeared to do drunk of high on something. She could barley talk ..it was all mumbles and She was stumbling. She could not even remember what our beverages were that we ordered for 2 min mind you it was 12am and other were 4 tables to 2 servers. Ordered fried pickles...they took 45 min. Cause she never put the order in. Then she proceded to hit her head on something and was bleeding yet still serving us wearing plastic gloves. GROSS!!!!!! Our food was horrible..hot turkey dinner was old and missing stuff and bacon bbq burger was missing bbq sauce. Restaurant was a mess...dirty tables..food all over the floor.. THE WORST experience Ive ever had! Should now take a hour and 45 min at that time of night... I felt sick after I left there... Managment need to look into this asap! We will not be returning!

40 minutes and still didnt receive my coffee and my fiancé doesnt have her water... Im taking my ass to Dennys. If your planning on coming to this location do your self a favor and come in after midnight theres this one waitresses who is amazing! If you dont come after midnight please dont expect any type of good service.. Was here again tonight 3/16/16 server spent a lot of time talking with her friends in the booth right behind us. Took 35 min to get our appetizer, coffee cold... My food was actually hot this time, but u can really tell they dont clean there fryers because the food comes out of it tasting burnt without actually being burnt.. Asked twice for ranch still didnt get any ranch and its now 45 min later... Bye Felicia!

Waited over 20 minutes for a server to greet us. Watched other tables that were seated after us get greeted before us. Spoke to the manager and watched her tell a girl to come greet us, then watched that same girl walk right by us and pretend we werent there. Finally, only after a server went to greet yet another table that was sat after us, that table told their server to come greet us first because no one has. This server then was rude. While trying to explain to her how long weve been waiting, she interrupted and said, "well lets get this moving a long the. What do you want". Total experience took almost two hours!! They gave us free muffins and 15% off the bill. Will not be going back again!!
