Before work I walked into a Cub foods store. My place of employment and Cub connect with a couple of stores in between. (Separate entrance and exits, we just share walls). I walked into the store to withdraw some cash and see if they had a case of Sanpellegrino. Its a sparkling water. I just wanted a case. I walk into the store and I see that the ATM is broken- not a big deal. I browse around and I find the case of the drink I want. I picked it up and "weighed it" in my hands. I decided that it was too heavy to put inside my backpack. Maybe Ill come back after work if I change my mind. As I walk towards the door, I try to dig my phone out to check the time. I struggled a little bit. I discover that I have ample time left. I go into the bathroom and I take my time. Why did it take me so long? Women get periods is all I can say. I exit the bathroom after an employee walks in washes her hands, leaves, and then comes back to use the same stall that I used. Weird. Fast forward. Im at work and a lady from Cub walks in. I saw hello and get back to what I was working on. 20 mins later Im called into the main office. Cub Foods sent an employee to my place of employment to accuse me of stealing an item and asked my managers to pull me aside, question me, and check the inside of my backpack. They demanded a call back. I have never been more embarrassed or mortified in my entire life. I should mention that if I didnt have my work shirt on, this wouldnt have happened. What right does this Cub foods have to make my managers "investigate me" during my work hours? I cried during my break because I have never been accused of stealing or even lying to management. Multiple entities can expect a phone call. I am brave and I dont deserve to be treated like this. My managers will never look at me the same way and this will haunt me.

I shop at the blaine cub foods weekly. I understand produce goes bad and employees dont catch it all the time. But I was making 100 egg rolls and needed nappa cabbage. Well the stuff on the shelf was full of brown spots. So I asked the produce employee Steve if he had any more in the back because this stuff was brown. He looks at me and says, " I hear your negativity I will go look" he comes out with a cart of worse looking stuff and says here you go. And walks away. As he walks away I thank him. He just kept walking. I never been talked to so rudely by a cub employee as him. I will be taking my 300 weekly grocery shopping else where! I work retail also. If your having a bad day you suck it up and be courteous to your customers even if you dont like something about them.

Worst store ever I will never come back. Wrote a check on may 14th for 13.90 and I geuss it bounced according to the collections letter I got. However they entered my information wrong and added an extra number to my account. I spent a week to try and get a hold of someone and there accountant is never there. So I actually had to contact the collection people, and they found the mistake that cub made and they fix it, I have never ever bounced a check in my life totally embarrassing. When I called the Manger back and told him dont worry, I did your accounts job for her, he didnt know anything about the error that they made. What a joke, worst place ever I will never be back!

This pharmacy is the one I get my medication sent to, but for some reason the doctor sent the med to the clinic pharmacy. So I called cub and asked if they could call and get it transferred THREE times. I got a call from them saying the medication was there and then got there to find out nobody even called the other pharmacy and it was still over at the other clinic. I called them two weeks before it needed to be refilled, very disappointed. I had to take a longer lunch break to get to the clinic. But other than that the staff are friendly Ive just learned they dont communicate well with getting meds from other places.

This store is okay. Buyer beware that this cubs has a lot of expired items dont be surprised that if you grab the first or second item off the shelf its not only expired but over two year expired. This store, I am not sure about other stores, DOES NOT rotate their merchandise on the shelf. For example isle 8 dry fruit section, selected gum at the cash registers and of course some of the pharmacy products such as vitamins. Not sure if this store ever gets inspected for selling their customers expired stuff. I definitely dont recommend this store.

If you have a bad experience with produce, they replace it for free if you simply bring it to their attention. I have liked this store a lot, but the prices are beginning to rise higher than even Target or Whole Foods prices, including on some produce items and specialized Gluten-free free and dairy-free products. Regular groceries are cheaper at Walmart now. I find this sad because I liked the convenience of shopping at just one store and I find the people who work here to be friendly and helpful.

Cub needs to step up their game. I hate shopping here the produce is sub par not very quality meat, lacking in variety the seafood department is virtually non existent. Not much for organic food. Its a great store to shop at if youre looking to eat things out of a box.

They really should have somebody that can write on cakes in the morning hours. Had them redo it twice and it still look like a second grader did it in colors but didnt even match the cake .very disappointed!!

Horrible store, rude customers, rude employees. No one looks happy to be there, employees dont smile, move along as if they are programed robots. Prices are too expensive for quality that is less then par.

Was looking for a particular item that an outside vendor stocks and Steve went out of his way to get this item for us because it wasnt stocked on the floor kudos to Steve for grest customer service

I just had milk from them go chunky 6 days before the expiration date. Have had early expiries from them before, but never this bad.
