Went in last night to purchase a bagel pack. Thats 13 bagels and two cream cheese spreads. There were only two people inside dining..the rest were employees. As I approached the counter the girl behind was sweeping. She wouldnt acknowledge me until I said hello. Then chewing gum like she was grazing on grass turned and looked at me. (?) do you have anymore bagels(?) I dont know Ill look in back. She came back out yes cinnamon raisin and sesame. I asked for a bagel pack. Is there enough for the bagel pack. (Response) I dont know. This girl wouldnt quit grazing on her gum nor did she really want to help. The other employees stood off to the side but watched and listened -laughing. I told her I would be calling the corporate office to find out what they train these people to do and or know. Never had any good service at this location. Rude, disrespectful and never have anything !

Very disappointing to order delivery online 2 hrs prior to requested delivery time and then get a call from a Panera employee, when Im expecting my food in 10 minutes, telling me they are "out of 3 items I prepaid and ordered. I have never received a call from Jimmy Johns or Pizza business as such. Panera: #1 Stay out of the Food delivery business if YOU CANT DELIVER, and # 2 Fix the mechanics online with a pop-up stating such when pre-ordering. Also- being you require up front online payment- you should be ready to refund just as fast when you dont follow through.

Coon Rapids Panera Bread is not what is used to be. Service is always slow when I arrive, I hear other people complaining (sometimes to me while waiting in line) about the lack of service and speed, the prices seem high for what you get, but the bagel deals are decent on Tuesdays. The mobile app is a joke. My phone always says the bagels are out of stock (see pictures) when clearly they arent. So I park in the "rapid pick up" anyway, go inside and order bagels. But Im not going here nearly the frequency would if things were the way they used to be years ago.

OVERPRICED! Good, but not THAT good. 3 sandwiches and 3 soups should not cost $50. Also I was extremely annoyed that when ordering online I arrived and was told I couldnt pick it up in the drive thru. I explained that I had a broken foot and that I wouldnt do this again and that Id appreciate it if they could let me just thus once, I wouldnt do it again. They refused and made me come in which included having to back out of their tight drive thru. I wished someone would have pulled in behind me. TALK ABOUT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Typically, this location is wonderful, which is great, since my wife and I stop in so often. This past Sunday though, I was in the drive through and ended up with a different sandwich than I ordered. I ended up parking and going in to ask for the sandwich I ordered and everything was fine, they were fine with giving me what I ordered. I need to emphasize that this was an anomaly, Im still going to visit this location. But it was somewhat upsetting, nonetheless.

Our food is always made perfectly here and once I ordered a bread bowl but they found out they were out so I got four pieces of baguette. The workers do tend to chat very loudly about things that shouldnt be talked about at work and you can here them when seated. Other wise we order before hand or on the screen so not much interaction with workers.

I love Paneras food, and the atmosphere is nice. My only complaint about this location is that three separate times, when I used the drive-through, they forgot to put dressing in with my salad and I didnt realize it until I got home. I still go there- I just check to make sure they included the dressing.

If you like Panera Bread, then youll like this location. Its very nice inside and its still a fairly new building. Plus, the customer service was good. However, I found the food to be overpriced for what you get and I didnt think their food was anything special.

Never interacted with a friendly employee here. Never gotten my correct full order, even when dining inside. The last two times Ive been in, they were out of at least two ingredients. Needless to say I am pretty disappointed in this Panera and wont be returning..

Panera bread has a great selection of healthy foods. They have a wonderful kiosk ordering system. You simply login and view all of my past orders and can checkout without taking my credit card out. The food comes quickly to your table. Overall great place.

Everytime I come here they are out of something. Its winter time. Perfect time for soup. And they are out of the bread that goes with it. This panera sucks. Go to a different one if your looking to get soup cause they never have anything in Stock.

Poor delivery service, ordered food, "ran out", called, found out I cant get my refund for 5 days... Need to be perfected. If you want a delivery service, stick to pizza hut or papa johns... Even Jimmy Johns...

Always come here but I came tonight at 9:15 and they were closing down early & my sandwich is sloppy & missing things. I understand they close at 10 but service should never be less then usual. Disappointed.
