Where to begin? After a hard days work equating to more than 12+ hours on call for an emergency, one doesnt want to spend a second cooking dinner. Thats where I come in. It was 6 pm when I had arrived to this Little Caesars chain. I believe their advertisement said hot and ready during this busy time hence choosing Little Caesars over Papa Johns or Dominos. I arrived at the drive thru window(the only pro in this review) and ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza. They informed me that they were just boxing up some fresh pizza. Sweet, fresh hot pizza sounds like a deal to me. 5 minutes go by and knock on their window to see how much longer it was going to take. The man told me it would only be just a couple more minutes. No problem on my end considering that I can wait 5 more minutes. 7 minutes go by and I start getting irritated. I knock on the window again and ask them how much longer? They told me "it will come out when it comes out" in a very rude tone. I sat back in my car and just drove off. I will never be returning back to this local chain. Best part about this experience is the fact that there was not a single customer waiting besides me and I was still charged the $6 for the pizza. Gotta love high school level customer service.

Today I visited the coon rapids location of little Ceasars. I was quite displease at what I experienced. Unlike most complaints this is not about the food, this is about the way I have seen managers treat their employees. I have seen her in here once or twice before but today was the most upsetting for me, a customer, to witness. When I was ordering my food she was very short with me and did not seem like she wanted to be here, nor did her outfit say otherwise considering she was not in uniform instead she was in very offensive clothing including a bandana and graphic sweatshirts meanwhile all of the other employees seemed to be in corresponding uniforms. The way she yelled at her employees while I was sitting waiting for my food had me in disbelief as to how a grown woman in a seemingly authoritative position could yell at some young teenagers just trying to do their job. I am very saddened to see how they are being treated by this woman. I really hope you look into fixing this issue as it had me as well as other customers around me very disappointed and disgusted. This will be the last purchase Ill be making at this store due to the very rude comments and service by this woman.

I walked in to this location and stood up front for at least four minutes while the gentleman stared towards me having a side conversation with another employee. Once I was he arrived to the front he avoided any and all eye contact while typing his computer, so I took the time to ask him about his day still nothing..... So I finally asked him how much my items were going to cost (due to the fact their menu screens are out of service) he then walked away and muttered something under his breath. So then a young lady came up who was very nice and gave me the information I needed. Probably the only thing that kept me from walking out the door and the fact that I only have a 30 minute break that I spent at least 5 minutes trying to talk to a wall and the 10 minute wait for my food.. thankfully the food was good.

the pizza is always good and hot. HOWEVER if you dont have a staff making sure you get the pizza you ordered then you have 1 star reviews. this is not a I got bad service one time so I am going to leave a crabby review". This is a 1 star review for FOUR consecutive times completely messing up my order, telling me it will be 5 minutes then 20 min later appearing with the right pizza. I have been coming here since the store opened, and in the last 4 months or so service has taken taken a huge dive. Good pizza, not good service. check your pizzas before you leave.

I dont go here often, but when I do, the crazy breads are limp, unbaked, wet, and the size of your fingers (mostly pinky and ring fingers, but an occasional thumb). Sometimes I get lucky with a bread that is similar to a bully stick. Ive learned to not waste money on them and just pretend I have already enjoyed the delicious, baked, big, fat, and long crazy breads I used to have as a kid. The pepp pizzas are fine. They are what is to be expected from $5. Honestly, they taste and look the same as when I was a kid when they were $4 on Tuesdays.

its a five dollar "hot and ready" pizza...and it tastes a little better then what youd expect. When I spend so little on a pizza, I dont have extremely high expectations and they have always met what i was looking for. I have never had to wait, the pizzas always taste fresh/hot and the workers have been great. If you want really good pizza, take the 3 minutes and drive over to Bostons located across the road. But I spend 3x the amount to get that pizza when this one does the job most of the time.

Supposed to be hot and ready and never is. Said would be 5 min wait and it took 16min. They had about 5 cars waiting and kept having people pull into parking spaces. Would have appreciated them being honest about wait time so we could decide if we wanted to wait that long. Staff seems unhappy all the time. Considering we only had one car ahead of us and no one in lobby I dont understand why they didnt have anything ready.

If I could give this place -5 Stars I would. They dont check the take-out window people sit there for 15 minutes at a time and then end up driving off because no one helped them. When I finally did get service I had to wait an additional 15 minutes in a parking spot for my pizzas, inevitably having to go inside and ask where my order was. Would not recommend this location

Came in and waited 5 minutes before someone even greeted me or said Hi to me. Ordered 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese pizzas. Told it would be 10 to 15 minute wait, thought those were supposed to be hit and ready all day? Every time I come here it gets worse and its sad to see I used to manage a Little Caesars years ago and this service is unacceptable!

Will not accept bills larger then $20. Not even when ordering more then $20 dollars in food. Very inconvenient. Was ordering pizzas for a large sleep over for my daughter, and was told I could not pay with the $50 I had just gotten at the bank ATM. Sadly this place has lost my business, and I am recommending to other to avoid.

Nasty and very unsanitary! Nobody wears gloves. Bare hands with all kitchen staff and both counter order takers dealing with cash register and immediately going back and forth to prepare pizzas without washing their hands. Shouldnt have to tell manager about this. This is gross, nasty and will not return!
