I am so disappointed, because I love Chanticlear Pizza, however I dont feel I can go back in that store again. When I arrive to pick up my pizza, I was told they did not have an order for me at all and that I must have called another store. They were blaming it on me that they lost an order. Okay I thought okay lets just get this going make me a pizza. While the pizza was in the oven, I showed them on my telephone the number I called which was theirs. Something I dont feel a customer should have to do. I waited patiently for my pizza to come out, after 25 minutes I went and ask them where my pizza was? oh its right here they say. They had it boxed up. I was bringing it to a nursing home. By the time I got to the nursing home and got the pizza out I was so disappointed to see that it was burnt. Seriously? I am waiting for a pizza that they messed up on, and they let it go so long that it burns? What is wrong with this picture? I know that everybody has a bad day and a bad night, but what happened to treat your customers respectfully? I do not believe in that old adage, that the customer is always right, but I do believe that if youre going to blame the customer for something you better be darn sure that it is the truth. Im not expecting anything from you pizza place, except maybe to agree with me that you were wrong and you did nothing about it. Oh and maybe you can deliver some pizzas to Golden Living nursing home in Anoka to make up for the burnt pizza.

Chanticlear Pizza has a wonderful thin crust pizza. However, we never know what it tastes like hot. When my husband called to say it had been over an hour since we ordered our pizza the girls response was, "Your order was placed at 5:52 and its now 6:50. It hasnt been an hour yet and your pizza is on its way." First off - RUDE! We ordered over $40 in pizza and for it to arrive cold is unacceptable. Had this been the first time, not a problem. But in 2 years we have NEVER received a hot or even warm pizza. It always arrives cold. They have never offered an "Were sorry for the delay" or "Well take $5 off your next order". Actually, the last time we ordered it we ended up going ordering a Pizza from Dominos which arrived hot and sent the Chanticlear driver away with their cold pizza since in had been over an hour. We are done with you and will gladly drive over to the Andover location where they have hot pizza and friendly service.

Order a beef taco pizza and requested blk olives, was told no problem. What I received was a pile of mush minus the black olives. Never again.
