Was drawn to the restraunt due to receiving a coupon for a free artichoke dip with purchase of a large pizza. Well I was going to order a pizza along with some pasta and if you have ever been here you would know that would come out to roughly 40$ for the bill, which if you know anything about the profitability for serving said items is at a substantially high profit margin as it is. Well the 1st thing the girls said when we walked through the door was we are not honoring that tonight because we are donating 35% to fight aids. Well thats cool and all but it doesnt say anything on the coupon or the website saying we will not honor if we are fundraising. I personally think its bad business, if your going to run a donation to fight for a cause you have to be ready to take a little out of your pocket (which wouldnt have happened buy giving us a free small appetizer!) They ruined my mom and sister night which I really do not appreciate! A good business that wants to do a good cause should be willing to do that but I guess a 5$ artichoke dip is worth losing costumers for life. The girls up front also had the common sense to tell us we can leave if we want. Well obviously I am in America and am completely aware of what I can do. She was really just being rude and saying in a between the lines matter if you dont like it get out. I am going to go back and speak with the manager when the restraunt isnt so busy and let him know what happened. If you read there reviews they have good pizza but have some bad people working for them. I will boycott pizza luce due to them not honoring what they clearly have written in ink, Im no lawyer but that sounds like a false advertisement! So good job luce for not supporting your cause of trying to due right by 1 measly artichoke dip!

My last visit I discovered they remove the Greek Breggfast Pizza from the brunch menu which I found dissappointing since one of my favorite pizzas in general is the Athena. I asked the server if I could still get it and she said it wasnt a problem but when the pizza came it had red sauce on it when it usually has a white sauce. Overall I love their food and I hope they expand the breakfast pizza selection atleast back to the couple previous selections they had prior. It is a pizza place, they should have more than just 1 breakfast pizza to choose from. Also this particular location has a very different atmosphere than any of the down town locations. On a regular basis there are usually several soccer moms here, and more children also. On one particular visit I over heard a group of middle aged women complaining that their oatmeal was cold, I dont know who goes to pizza Luce for oatmeal, but they didnt belong there. On that same visit I had an omlet and my girlfriend had the french toast and both were delicious. Dont let me decieve you either on how much Ive discused their breakfast, their normal menu items and pizzas are amazing.

The food is great. Ive ordered delivery from this store countless times. I have to leave this review because I am tired of getting the wrong order, which is keeping me from ordering from this particular Pizza Lucé ever again. They always comp it, but I dont understand how a restaurant with an online ordering system with very specific options for ingredients can always goof it up. Specifically, getting a regular muffaletta when I asked for a mock one, and the time we had to have a sandwich replaced twice when they kept sending the wrong ingredients. My specific suggestion is to have someone double check, and check off every item on an order to verify it before you send it out. Id rather wait an extra 5 minutes for my meal than wait another half hour to send out a replacement and waste your delivery drivers time.

Heard lots of good things and reviews were good, so we thought wed try. Sadly, this was a bust. Pizza (we had both Classic and The Luce), were both "ho-hum" at best. Seriously, we both looked at each other wondered what all the hype was about. We also had wings as an appetizer, but they were just re-heated with some sauce poured on. I guess thats kind of status-quo. Service was pretty choppy. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for a check while our guy went on break/for a smoke. Music was OK - if you dont mind Black Sabbath for and hour straight. Maybe we just hit a bad night (Monday). Not sure. Anyways, if its close and/or youre just looking for some no-so-cheap comfort food to wash your beer down with, go for it, but you can absolutely find better pizza/food/service elsewhere.

While it seems like a gentrified-upscale place its incredibly overhyped. The food was decent at best for the price, two adults running up a $60 bill is ridiculous if we clear everything and are still hungry enough to stop by DQ on the way home. It was good, some of the choices are fairly unique such as the mashed potato pizza, and the gluten free options are really the only reason to go back when you have dietary restrictions, but its incredibly expensive. Our server was wonderful even though the food took a bit to come out, but it was fairly busy so thats understandable. Will I go back? Definitely. Anytime soon? Maybe if I get a windfall.

The pizza is passable: lifeless crust topped with a canned overly-spiced tomato sauce and standard-issue mozzarella. Nothing here you won't find at a hundred other Midwestern pizza joints. Entrees lean toward red-sauce Italian. Departures into Tuscan cuisine are marred by gobs of cheese and sauce. A flavorful way to prep for your next heart attack, though. Try the spinach salad. It is light and flavorful. Nice selection of beers on tap, and the staff is friendly.
Want authentic Italian pizza? Check out Punch. Looking for a real slice New York thin crust? Go to Broder's cucina.

The bartender does not acknowledge the fact that your even there for at least 10 minutes if at all. This has happened on more than one occasion on the weekends especially. Two of us just got up and walked out after 10 minutes. Some of the staff are very nice and do well, but I will say the bar area especially on Sunday evenings are absolutely the worst service I have ever seen and for that matter, I will never give my business back to this establishment. This goes for catering as well for my own business.

I order regularly from the Hopkins location. I seem to have nothing but trouble. My "well done" buffalo wings always look as if they are not fully cooked. My hoagie had special instructions for no tomato, no Italian dressing, no turkey but came with all on it. My pizza that was ordered with extra cheese and no mushroom came with no extra cheese and with mushroom. To top it off when I called to complain I was treated like it was my fault the order was wrong. This location just needs to close down.

Luce is a TC icon these days. Great variety is za, but if that is not you hankerin they have lots of other options. Crust is great texture which really makes their stuff stand out. The Ruby Rae is a great, as Wella s the Boss, the Bear, the Mediterranean, and frankly just about every other one on the menu. GREAT BEER SELECTION to boot. Kid friendly, group friendly, a great place to take the team after a game (mom and dad get to imbibe!). Good place to watch a game and eat too!
