This review is kind of tricky. The pizza was good but the service was terrible. Havent had service this bad in quite a while. Before we were able to place our order the lady in front of us was making a simple request to use a coupon. The teenage kid taking her order became frustrated and basically gave up. He asked for his manager who provided slightly better service, but seemed to actually care a little bit about the customer. I couldnt believe how much competence the kid at the counter lacked. Finally after that debacle that lasted way longer than it should have we ordered two super slices and a cheese bread. We got our super slices and took a number to our table and they were supposed to bring out cheese bread to us when ready. Cheese bread took forever so I went up to the teenage kid as asked if he could make it to go. Turned out they never even started making it (though the kid never admitted it - I heard them talking after I left the counter). We eventually gave up and left without the cheese bread. With how terrible that kid working the counter was I knew asking for a refund would only make things worse and take more of my time. Its really a shame. The pizza was good and Id like to give it another shot and try a whole pizza but I just dont think its work taking a chance on that terrible service again.

Ive always enjoyed Rockys when I was a kid. Still do, when the pizza is properly done. The BIGGEST problem with this restaurant is the location. Horse$h!t neighborhood and you get the employees from it. Lazy, dirty and REALLY stupid. But THATS expected.....considering, it IS Brooklyn Park, after all. Bet things were nice around there when they FIRST opened. When the manager is around things ARE better. They HAVE coupons but are rather difficult about them. Poor service, inconsistent pizza, dirty location. We drive "over there" once in a while for something different. Rockys pizza reheats well. We have kinda quit here, just not worth the hassle, and the "who knows" whats going on factor.

I have always loved Rocky Rococos. This Brooklyn Park location is the last one that exists in Minnesota. Most of the time that Im able to eat here there is a woman who manages the restaurant. She is excellent. When she is there, the pizza is great, the service is great. When she is not there it is hit and miss. Sometimes the pizza is not fresh and the service has been less than adequate. One time a girl dropped a hot pan on my hand at the table and she didnt even say sorry but had some attitude going on. I was about ready to stop going there but I like Rockys too much. This is an excellent pizza and this location needs a little "While the cats away the mice will play" attention.

Went there a couple nights ago for my religious experience... there isnt one within 1000 miles of where I live, so when I was in the cities for the holidays I made sure to pick up a large to bring back to Colorado. I like to make my own pizzas, and am always trying to perfect a pizza that tastes like rockys. The sauce is thick and hearty; I bought a jar of their sauce and looked at the ingredients and believe it or not, the main ingredients were actually tomatoes and paste/puree. Good deep dish, good super slices or combo meals if you want something on the run. Whether Im in the cities or Wisconsin, I always try to make the trip

Every once in a while I just gotta have a Rockys pizza! Unfortunately this place is in the ghetto, the chance of getting your throat cut increases 500% be going here! Being in the ghetto staff is pretty hard to come by, and the staff they do have does not give a rats butt you arrived. The service is very very slow, and it is at most Rockys restaurants. Alas, when cooked properly with extra sauce and sausage it can be the best pizza.

We came here hoping to enjoy some good pizza, unfortunately thats not what we got. My boyfriend and I got a large pizza and his mom and sister got meals and we knew wed be waiting for a while but we waited 45 minutes and then decided to just get it to go and waited an extra 10 minutes. It wasnt busy at all and our pizza wasnt even baked all the way. Overpriced and not enjoyable.

Have loved Rockys pizza for years. The sausage is delicious on any of their pizzas. This isnt my favorite location as Ive seen customers literally eat off the salad bar with their hands, but I cant blame the restaurant for some of the idiots that wander through their doors and act a fool when no employee is looking. Delicious pizza, nothing like it in town.

Seriously considered leaving leftovers (a whole pizza) at the restaurant. We only ate what we did cause we were starving and didnt have time to go somewhere else. Pizza over done. Had to wait a REALLY long time to get it. And it was too high of a price to pay for what we received.

Love their deep dish pizza, especially the whole wheat crust!! This is the only Rockys left in Minn and we will drive out of our way to eat there at least once per month. Brings me back to memories of the one that used to be on Dinkytown back in my college days in the early 80s.

Disappointed on our experience. The sald bar wasnt worth the money at all and some of the veggies were bad and the bread was so old and hard.The fork I was using cut my lip because it was old and worn-out. There was only children running the restaurant.

Rocky has always been my favorite but for some reason I keep getting disappointing food at this location. Breadsticks could be amazing but mine, here, are hard and thinly cut. I go out of my way to get here and sadly wont be doing that anymore.

Rockys has fantastic pizza. Havent had a bad experience so far but Ive never sat down to eat, only ever gotten take out, so I cant speak to the service at the restaurant. Having a drive through window to pick up take out is a definite plus!

I love Rockys food and they have a bigger menu now. Been going here since high school (1980s) and still do! I drive from Eden Prairie to Brooklyn Park now but, it is soooo worth it!

The restaurant is old and dated, but the pizza, when its fresh, reminds me of what I had eaten as a child, when there was a Rocky Rococo restaurant in south Minneapolis.

I really love this pizza! Its a very unusual pizza too - I dont know any other that is similar to it. They especially seem to do sausage and pizza sauce well,IMO.

Delish. Been eating here since I was a kid and so far as I can tell same great taste and quality. Rockys has hands down – my favorite veggie pizza ANYWHERE.

Overrated pizza. The deep dish crust was terrible. No chewiness to the crust. Very bland. The cheese bread was overly salty. Wouldnt come here again.
