Just tried it for the first time and was disappointed. The one redeeming quality is that the flavor of the pizza I got was amazing. Other than that I was not impressed. I got the gluten free pizza. Not only did it have VERY few toppings, but it was burned. Also, I was still hungry when I finished eating because the gluten free crust is paper thin and ends up being tiny in comparison to the regular pizza. The kicker though is that they charge a couple of dollars more for it. Also, my ceasar salad was made with iceberg lettuce. Whaat??? I wanted this pizza to be good because its so close to my house! Please go back to the drawing board with the gluten free pizza! Pizza Luce is right up the street, they will beat you if you cant offer a decent gluten free option. . .and please find some romaine for your Ceasar salad. . .please.

I wish I could review the food and the experience separately. The food is worth 5 stars alone, but the experience is a 1. The pizza is AMAZING. It made me want to come back for more. The experience is another thing. I ordered online. In my usual online ordering experience you set a time and the food is ready for pickup at that time and you can skip the line. I ordered two pizzas online and was told that they would start making my order when they get there. Its unique but I understand the hot and fresh factor. I got there and walked right up to the front and paid. My pizzas hadnt even been made yet. It took an additional 10 minutes before it was even put in the oven. People who had gotten in line after I had arrived were already paying and receiving pizzas before I got mine. Very frustrating. The pizza is super bomb though.

TLDR: pizza seems good, but the pesto is terrible My pizza looked amazing when it came out of the oven. Then, they added the pesto drizzle. Words cannot express how much I hated the pesto drizzle. I was expecting a few lines of a thick substance, but what I got was a pizza soaking in oil. I dont know if their pesto is always terrible and made up mostly of oil, or if I just got the last oily bit of an old bottle, but it was gross. Oil was dripping off the pizza when I picked up a slice, and dripping down my hand as I ate it. This place has a great selection of ingredients that look fresh and taste good. I like the thin crust and the sauce. I will give the restaurant another chance, so I can find out what it tastes like when the crust hasnt been sitting in a pool of oil. I will not give the pesto another chance.

The food is average and is of decent value. The staff is a huge saving grace so hopefully they pay them more than minimum wage. Their website and online ordering is archaic. Its can be unreliable in terms of speed and responsiveness. Ive tried multiple times with different setups. There is no option to pay in store aka at pick-up like every other restaurant. Because you cannot pay in store when ordering ahead or online you also cannot use coupons without having to do a charge back on your card. There is no where to enter coupons on the site either even though the store gives out coupons. Im not surprised though you cant do takeout anyway because by the time you get home your pizza is soggy. The chain is trying to be the pizza version of Chipotle or Noodles & Co and it doesnt stand up.

First time customer, and went in because of a Bogo I got in the mail. The line was long, and took about 15 min, but its a made to order pizza place so thats acceptable in my opinion. I had a create your own, and the pizza turned out really good. My girlfriends was a little undercooked, but it wasnt anything that took away from the flavor. The staff was friendly, efficient, and tried to move things along quickly. Im not sure that Blaze will replace some of my favorite places, but it will be on my list for quick, and within bike ride distance.

Really cool style of ordering and fast paced nature, reminds me a lot of Chipotle. The pizza is actually really good and affordable, think Punch pizza but cheaper. The only thing that was disappointing is the staff really struggles if you order more than one pizza. I had to remind them 3 times my orders were together. I then ordered a smores pie that I paid for but was forgotten about by staff and not with my order (and of course didnt notice until I got home). I would go back but hope they get better at bigger orders.

Best staff of any fast food establishment I have EVER been to. In the month or so that Blaze has been open by my office I have been five times and each and every time, every staff member... EVERY staff member, has been cordial, prompt, attentive, and even excited to help me. The food could be terrible (IT ISNT... Its Fantastic), and I would still frequent because the staff is that good. Keep it up Blaze staff and managers for creating such a positive work environment that clearly filters into your customer service!

This is like Chipotle for pizza. And the pizza is excellent. There are several similar joints in the area (PizzaRev comes to mind) but Blaze tops them all. This is another of those pizza locations where you go down the line, picking crusts, cheese, meats, and fresh toppings and they throw your custom creation into a super hot oven, minutes later you get a fresh crispy pizza. Any amount of meats or vegetable toppings, one price. If you need a quick bite and you are in the area check it out!!

This place is amazing. If you like spice, the spicy red sauce is delicious. I always load my pizza with as many veggies as possible. The build your own pizza gives you the flexibility to have your pizza exactly how you like it. I usually split it with a friend and they have no problem doing half-and-half toppings. The last time I was in there the outer edges of the crust were a little bit burnt but other than that I have absolutely no complaints. Very good.

Just the best. The price and quality are unbeatable. $7 for any toppings and cooked in a stone oven to perfection. It tastes massively better than any major pizza chain as well as cheaper. Real ingredients/toppings, amazing sauces. The Blood Orange Lemonade is to die for, its what Id imagine water tastes like in heaven. I really cant praise this place enough. One of the best pizza places in the Cities and my "go-to" pizza spot for high quality pizza.

Good fast casual pizza joint - much better than the PizzaRev across Highway 7. The design aesthetics of the place are definitely better than PizzaRev (just look at PizzaRevs logo!). Lots of options on the Blaze Pizza menu, with a lot of ability to customize your pie. The staff is friendly and eager to help, especially for first-timers.

Im really liking the build-your-own pizza trend thats coming to town. Pizza is great -- ingredients are fresh and tasty, and whatever you get you wont be disappointed. But I wish their drink options were better. Theyve got four specialty lemonades (e.g., blood orange) and then a soda fountain that has your basic Coke, Diet Coke, etc.
