Seated right away. Everyone including waiter was polite and accommodating. The food however..... I really could have burnt my own burger at home. I didnt mind a bit of Grill char.... half my burger is very burnt... I ordered medium rare. The other half was burnt too but this side was worse, I am not digging this burn today. Also takes away from the idea of a juicy burger and takes me to a dry burned burger level. Like chewing jerky. I dont think it was worth the 15.00 for the burger. Not very easy to access allergen information... is there an allergen menu? Or label book? My poor waiter had to go ask the kitchen people all sorts of questions and pretty sure they have heavy accents. Gluten free? Is the deep fry oil a soy base? Mashed potatoes are what? I could not safely order for my 1 gluten free- multi allergen allergic child. Soy, peanuts, wheat, eggs If I dont get the answers to these and he eats the food- you will have to call 911 and there will be medics called into this place of business. So we skipped the allergy kid and he ate what I brought. The 3 other kids had a burger, chicken strips and a pizza. The pizza looked and smelled amazing. Bottom line... this family of 5 wont be back. I have to have some sort of confidence that the kitchen staff take this job seriously. The place was not busy... my burger should be perfect and questions or concerns answered appropriately. No managers stopped by or were seen. I was told they were all in a meeting. I guess for those last 2 hours I dont know. Anyways thanks for the ..... Quick service provided by the waiter. Other then the waiter... the food sucked... kitchen staff are infants. Cheers.

My entire experience was the worst I have ever had at any restaraunt. I have never walked out of somewhere after ordering before in my life until here and never thought I would do that in my life. We went to the mall on a packed Saturday night and the wait to get seated here was only 10 minutes which should have been a sign not to go here when everywhere else had a 40+ minute wait but we were hungry. We were seated at 7:35pm and still had not gotten our food by 8:20pm even though the place was not full at all. The menu had no variety and was very over priced but we were hungry so we wanted to give it a chance. Other people around us looked very unhappy with their food and had been waiting for over an hour from what we could tell by how long they had been there before us. Our waitress only came by 3 times to check on our water within the 45 minutes we were waiting and never even gave us an update on our food or made any remarks about the wait. She finally came by and said "Ill go check on your food." After this, she walked by and never came over to tell us. We finally waved her down 5 minutes later and asked her how long until our order would be out at 8:25pm and her answer was "Im not sure and I cant give you a definite answer." We decided to leave right then and there and she was not even sympathetic or seemed to care that we were walking out. Overall extrememly poor service and will never go back here again. Go here if you want to waste your entire night waiting for food that will never come and if you want to deal with poor service.

Lol, come back? Maybe, send a gift card my way and Ill let you know. ***UPDATE*** Yep, still 1 star. Im actually surprised no one has noticed this lengthy review of a horrible "policy" where I have valid DMV papers with a clipped license, and a rude bartender with a scowl on her face, and upmost refusal of doing her job to the only people in the bar. Thank you hard rock of MOA. Worthless customer satisfaction, or attempt to retain business. Im glad Ive told everyone about this experience who lives locally.**** Update over, enjoy life Racheal and Hard Rock. What the hell kind of bar refuses to serve beer to someone with a clipped state drivers license with papers since I changed my address? Refusal of service in an empty establishment for happy hour, and a quite unhappy bar tender, I believe named Racheal. Im sorry I had to have my license changed, but thats a policy that makes no sense. By no means were we being rowdy as we just walked in for a beverage and some food after a long day. But thats okay, we are enjoying some food and a beer at Tony Romas on the next floor up. Again, never heard of that sort of policy, and quote frankly the bartender needs an attitude adjustment since a smile and hello werent even part of the "experience" which lasted 3 minutes. Which Ill never get back.

We checked into moa hard rock at 7pm.. They said the wait would be 30 to 40 min wait, which is what every other restaurant said, so why not right? We were seated at 8:20pm... looked around and noticed at least a dozen tables were open.. So what took 2x the wait that was told to us in the first place? 5 min later we got our drinks... About 5 mins later the server asked if we were ready to order.. We said just a couple mins.. 20 mins later she came back to take our order. 25 to 35 min later the server set a Mt Dew on our table (neither of ours were empty)and said Ill check on your food.. we got our food!! My boyfriends chicken tasted "off", to the point the guy that eats EVERYTHING, and 9/10 half of mine, wouldnt eat it... My steak for my fajita tasted raw tho it was fully cooked, with no seasoning what so ever... So I didnt eat it. The tortillas were so rubbery I couldnt rip through them, didnt eat them either. Our bill was $56 for 3 wasted hours and worse food. In all fairness I never complained or stated there was something wrong with, well everything, for it to be corrected... by this time it was just safe to cut our loses.. Safe to say Ill never go back there!!! Moa Hard Rock isnt what it used to be. Its a shame really!!!

The service was wonderful. Our server was so nice. My dad is allergic to Gluten and he is deaf. The server knew sign language which was amazing and she helped us out with gluten free foods. Food was pretty good, really no complaints on that. Except when i was leaving i notices that they have a show kitchen where u can see them cook. Well some of the guys were not wearing hats or hairnets so imagine the hair that gets into the food that u dont see. And NOBODY was wearing gloves!! They went from cutting cooked chicken to touching raw chicken to touching buns. Totally unsanitary. Went to the front by the seaters and they said they really didnt know why they dont wear gloves. And i said i cant imagine the health department would like that. They said the health department is right upstairs! What in the world. What if a cook was sick? And hes touching the food that you are eating and paying for! Disgusting

Unfortunately, I now know why the restaurant is rated 2.5 stars out of 5. The day was wonderful, the kids were having fun at the themed park and we decided to sit down and have a glass of wine until we were rudely pushed aside. When prompted with a question of why, we were mocked and told to leave. As a restaurant owner myself, this was a shock as I could not believe someone in the service industry could treat people this way. My husband asked to speak to the general manager and the host who was rude, said he had no idea where his manager was. Long and short, we were treated very well by the GM who explained that this was not the place to let patrons leave with unhappily. She was great and tried to redeem this place. I wish it could have, but we still felt uncomfortable sitting there knowing the host didnt really care how we felt and seemed ruthless about it.
