Went to this a&w at the food court at mall of america today and im rather disapointed in the staff here this day. When we ordered our food the young lady cashier was very rude. She didnt want to answer any questions we had and would just not say anything, ingoring, some of the things we said or asked. When we asked for so some water she roller her eyes at us and just said "its over there" and pointed to the other end of the counter. Then i wanted some regular mustard for the corn dog i ordered and i asked a guy working there were i could find it and he didnt say anything walked over to where the bottle was hiding behind a few things and gave me a look like are you blind then turned and proceded to talk about me to one of his coworkers. Just in general the front counter staff was very unproffesional.

I would not recommend this AW. I went to the one over in culinary circle. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a small root beer freeze. It was $11 and instead of telling me they dont have small he just charged me for a medium size which is not what I wanted. I got my chicken sandwich and was still waiting for my freeze. I let somebody know about it and they just told another person. I was still waiting and finally after about 25 minutes of waiting I got my root beer freeze. By then my sandwich was cold and I could tell it wasnt fresh it had been sitting a while. Very very poor service. No apology either.

I would give them no stars if possible ordered food for the family totaling 35-40 dollars they hand us a uncompleted tray like the order was finished.but they forgot the most expensive meal i ordered. got looked at funny for mentioning it then they go back grab the chicken without the fries hello its a combo meal.then sit down cheese curds missing also. atleast I got a refund on cheese curds wasnt looking forward to the spit taste after having to complain twice.dont like complants do your job.unsatified miss the old a&w

Ghetto workers. asked for a tomatoe on my sandwich and these idiots gives me the end piece of the tomatoe (which had a large piece of the core still attached) and couldnt comprehend why this wasnt acceptable. smh.

I never got my change back and then my girlfriend ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they put chicken strips on it. Not happy at all.
