This location was once a great place to eat. A few months ago it had gone down hill, not sure why. The service today (6-18-17)was chaotic even so there were only 5 customers. Once we ordered we waited 20 minutes to get our order. They didnt have anything we ordered ready to serve. When we did get our food the order was all wrong. Other customers orders were also mixed up. We asked to see the manager to get the order straightened out. Manager offered no apology and corrected the order. If you order a few different items from Panda Express, you risk having to wait for another batch to cook. We waited for noodles and once those came up, they were now out of beef and broccoli having us now wait for that. The cycle continued as we had to wait for another entree. One of the entrees we ordered was the orange chicken. The server scooped up the last of the orange chicken from the serving bowl and served it to us in a take out container. Once we got home we had discovered that the orange chicken was the tiny morsels that work their way down to the bottom of the bowl its served from. Seventy percent of the orange chicken was the size of a dime or smaller. Not any chicken, just the breading. We have determined that this Panda Express is not worth visiting until there are major changes at this store. Regional managers please review this location.

I really enjoy Panda Express however let it be said in the world of franchises not all are created equally. The experience here was woefully inadequate- like Fruity Loops without sugar- all flare and no substance. The food was almost as cold as the gazes of the employees after we asked for a complete refund. The manager made an excuse about why the food was cold and stated it was because they were closing soon. How pathetic is this?

Ive never had such terrible customer service! Rude staff, small portions, only one person was in front of me in line but still waited to be served for 10 minutes because they couldnt get her order right! They also failed to mention there would be a 7 minute wait on what I had ordered. Never again.

Always extremely friendly & helpful. The servings are heaping [unlike LeAnn Chins]. I highly recommend keeping your receipts and filling out the survey on the back [free entree!]. We love Panda Express and were so happy they put one in this close to home!

The staff here is amazing. All of them are friendly and quick to please. I come here often and I have never been disappointed. This place has given me not only the best fast food service, but the best service in general. Great work everyone. Keep it up.

Ordered the orange chicken, and couldnt finish it. Not cooked all the way. The chicken egg roll, left me with the nastiest burbs for two days. $36 dollars for three meals, definitely not worth it.

The sweet chili shrimp was good. Its close to where I work, good combination of dishes to create a meal when you have only 30 minutes for a lunch break. Quick and convenient.

Good food in a subway like line for food. You pick it they fill it then you pay at the end of the line. The atmosphere was calming. That orange chicken was vary tasty :)
