Good food for being 11.30 at night. But the attitude of the workers near closing hours was awful. No eye contact or even recognition for coming in the door. Instead of serving us the employee who was working the register continued to "close up shop". We waited for at least 8 mins until another employee reluctintly came to serve us with a blank/unapologetic attitude. Simply "What can I get you guys". Ordered and during the process he gave snarky responses and was just over all pretty rude. What saved our trip was a great response and attitude from the girl who brought out are food. Asking if we needed a bag, let us know about the ways to open the box if we needed to put our sauce in the box, over all had our best intentions in mind. Great redeeming feature. As we were walking out someone from the back turned on vulgure music and our guy who was "closing up shop" decided to take a nap after his "good work" he put in. The 2 stars are for the food and the great server/prepper.

3/5 because: Food: its good food, served hot. Nothing wrong here. Staff: unprofessional. It seems like no one really cares about your order, understandable but it shows and reflects to order time/serve time. Time: for some reason, every time I go, no matter what time of day. I always end up having to wait 5+ minutes (which is considered long in fast food terms) I dont understand this enigma. I mean, Ive seen orders get 1 thing or multiple, yet the time for me to wait is still substantial. Overall: its the food that matters in the end, and the food is good. Main reason I come back, plus its cheap too, but cheap good. (If you read this and want an "area of improvement" from this review, I would say the waiting time. (Serve/order times) ) Thanks.

You guys! This Taco Bell is my JAM! Everyone in the staff is just so great and upbeat (even when its SLAMMED there) and it makes everything amazing. Also, can we talk about specifics? Kevin Taylor is just th greatest and kindest person. I had an awful day and I was hungry mad and needed food, he helped us out and filled us up without complaint. That guy is such a good worker, I know that, when we move away, I will STILL come back because of how awesome he and everyone is over there!!

Its all about the staff. This place is right across the street from the worst McDonalds restaurant Ive ever seen but yet Taco Bell management here has managed to find significantly better and more polite staff. The food is what youd expect (love it or hate it thats up to you) but the variable in such places is the hired help and management have done well here hiring polite and courteous staff who are genuinely pleasant to deal with. Well done to the team there.

Its a Taco Bell, but its a good location. Generally professional, quick, clean, good staff; occasionally Ive had an issue with the staff not listening when Ive been giving my order and have had to repeat myself and/or get them to remake an order for accuracy, but theyve always taken care of me all said and done. Use the app before visiting to see the full, true menu, as many excellent items that are not listed on the posted menu. Black bean burrito for life!

I ordered food at 11pm inside and waited 30 mins until I finally got my order of food. I was personally disappointed with the service and was asked multiple times "what did you order again?" And told "Its coming right out." It looked like a bunch of high schoolers who just wanted to leave work early but, could not. So they were just killing time by standing around or pretending to be doing something.

I cant tell you how many times Ive been to this Taco Bell (or any really). I go at least twice a week, but sometimes 3. I think theyve gotten my order wrong 1 time out of the countless times Ive been going. Im also a bit of a night owl, so their super late hours is a huge plus. I think I go more after 12am than I go before... So if you want a decent meal after midnight this is my go to place.

95% of the time you get the wrong items or items are missing when going through drive-thru. This is not an exaggeration - we used to bet on it but stopped because they consistently screw it up. So terrible we drive 8 miles to the Lakeville store even though we live 4 blocks from this one. Breakfast crew does a great job, but lunch, dinner, late-night they are awful. Just awful.

First time I went my food wasnt even warm. Second time by the time we got home after driving through we found that most of our order wasnt in the bag and the 3 things that were sent with us 1 was wrong. We called to complain and they said they would send us some coupons or a gift card since over $7 of our meal wasnt given to us. We have not received anything. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

This is one of the better Taco Bells. They did a complete remodel in the last couple years and it is a lot nicer than it used to be. The food has always been hot, and the staff has always been friendly! The drive through line after 11pm is always very long, but most of the fast food places in Apple Valley are busy at that time. Great for a midnight snack.

Every time I visit this taco bell im always satisfied great customer servce! I usually go thru the drive thru but today i came in and the young man who waited on me was super friendly and really seemed to be enjoying hisjob he even came out in the dining room to ask people if things were good! This is by far one of the best taco bells around!

I was actually quite surprised. I had to meet a couple people here and got here early. Started working on my computer and Kevin asked to make sure everything was fine. It felt more like a restaurant than a fast food place, due to the service. Food was good, as always but the reason for leaving the review was the quality service.

Guy in drivethru seriously had his back to us talking to his co workers while out drinks sat in view. We asked for a second bag to split the meal up before going our separate ways and got a rude "do you NEED one?" ...Yeah why would I ask if I didnt but what a rude reaction!

Just no. Dont go here, youre gonna have a bad time. Entitled punk teenage jerks at the drive through, irresponsible management, I suspect this is one of the establishments where you find the YouTube videos of employees licking shells and spitting in the meat.

My favorite place to go for those late night cravings. Sometimes the staff isnt the greatest. One guy threw my bag into my car before I had a chance to grab it from him. So theres that. But I havent seen him around so he must of got fired.
