Well I did give a great review but things changed. The last two times we went there I say we because it was my mother and I. Well to start the chicken is not Fresh Ive seen the employees take a handful from a container and it looked slimy and gelatin was all around it. Well they cook raw chicken and other things in less than 5 minutes and bring it out to our table. Well at the second to the last time we were there the chicken had a funny taste and the the chicken was gelatin like and had a slimy consistency. Later that night my mother got very ill. Also the manager or owner named Sammy gave us a card for 20 percent off for anytime for us to use because we wrote a good review. Then I found out that he was asking other customers to give them a good review and he would give them a 20% off card just like he gave men. I suggest you take take a look at the other reviews on here to see for yourselves because they are very similar to mine. Well Sammy if you read this I gave you a good review before I found out the truth and the disgusting food you serve I hope you guys change and Make your food like you did a year ago, its like they gave up and do not care about the customers anymore.. Sorry for the long review I just want to make sure you all read this before choosing this place to get food. Make sure to check out the other reviews. Thanks for taking the time to read this review I appreciate it.

We order frequently because the food here is very good, but most of the time they forget things in the orders. A forgivable offense, because they normally make it right the same day and in most cases its just a can of pop. But today, we ordered two dinners and they left out the rice. After a phone call, we were under the assumption that the rice was on its way--because how do you eat sauce based food with no rice, am I right-- only to call almost an hour later to find out they were just going to give us free rice (or more specifically, the rice we already paid for and were expecting with our meals TODAY) next time. The thing these people forget is that there are MANY local restaurants that serve the same cuisine at approximately the same price and quality that would be more than willing to right their mistake on the same day. Long story short, Im now making rice and eating cold chicken with garlic sauce, pot stickers and lo mein (which for all intents and purposes, is very good when hot) for the last time from 88 Wok.

Im a regular and my family has been eating here for several years. The quality of the food is consistently good. For what you pay, you get generous portions. Im pretty sensitive to salt and food additives like MSG so usually when I eat out at a fast food place I expect my joints to ache the next day. Ive never had that problem with 88 Woks food. Ive seen other comments where people have questioned that there arent a lot of people eating in the restaurant and I have a response to that: they do a lot of take-out and delivery business. Theyre ALWAYS busy. Any time I order food for two, its ready within 10 minutes. I think its fair to expect that when you have a family size order its going to take a little longer. During peak times when I request delivery, its always 30 minutes or less. I really like the family business atmosphere and theyre genuinely nice people. Its always a pleasure to support their business.

Ive gotten delivery a number of times from 88 Wok. Usually, everything is pretty good. However, today started badly when they forgot our order of egg rolls and said it would be another *hour* before they could get them out to us. They actually got them out in about half an hour, which is great, and I believe they comped the egg rolls. Super! They even threw in some free cookies. However, the VEGETABLE egg rolls turned out to be CHICKEN. If I was a vegetarian, this could have been a huge deal. You simply cant make that mistake. The meat was also weirdly pink and tasted very strange- ended up throwing them out. The Lo Mein was pretty good. Probably wont be eating here again, although I really do appreciate that they tried to make things right.

We have been ordering from there the last few years. Over the last year the quality has gone down and food lost flavor. My last order, the egg rolls were cooked in very old grease. We could not eat them. The beef was ungodly tough! This Time, I ordered the chicken chow mein. There is NO FLAVOR!! NO chicken, its all slightly warmed celery. Celery has no flavor so the dish has no flavor. The celery was just warmed, not even slightly cooked! I could have eaten raw celery and peanut butter and had better flavor and been happy with it. Ill never order again! Very dissatisfied. I wished Hot Wok Delivery was still open.

They used to be very good however in the last year have gone very downhill. 2 times ago the chicken fried rice was nothing but undercooked rice had no chicken or veggies and they forgot one of the egg rolls and pop for our order, last time they forgot my pop and was told it would be over an hour till someone could drop it off (I live less than 3 miles away), this time I found a hair in my food. When I asked for the owner was told he wouldnt be in till between 8 and 9 and that they had no way to get a hold of him.

88 wok should be called walk 88 miles tox a better restaurant. The Andover restaurant had employees eating in front of you, dirty tables anx one employee was playing video games while ignoring customers. Now the food...this is the worst 12 bucks I have ever spent!! The chicken was the lowest quality you can buy. The seasoning was poor and the shrimp was way over cooked. Never again will i give them 12 bucks for this grud they call food. Stay Away!!

Weve been ordering from this place for several months now. Thinking last night may be the last time. The chicken and beef in our dishes were complete bottom of the barrel. Tastes like spongy, gelatinous, fatty mystery meat. If you are okay with "mystery meat" everything else is "pretty good". Delivery is fast and food is hot. Make sure they confirm what youve ordered as sometimes the language barrier is a bit of a challenge.

There are many great restaurants in the Twin City area, my family has had a great experience with the quality and price of the Woks food. We love the Shrimp lo mein, the Beef with mushroom, and the Sesame Chicken. No meal is complete without Cheese Wontons. We love their version of sweet and sour sauce. We often order several dishes and then share them. Always plenty to go around!

Its a good place, I go to that and panda garden buffet. You get a lot of food and its very tasty But they dont deliver down bunker, we live not even 4 miles from them straight down bunker and they said they wont. It sucks because Id order a lot more if they delivered. Its a straight road and a left down two houses...
