Horrible service! When I got there, I was the 2nd person in line. Comes along a really old man on the phone and looking at the menu. When the first lady in line was done, order taker guy, who saw me waiting 5 minutes ago decides to take the old mans order, and didnt even say, "excuse me sir, this young lady was in line first. Let me take care of her then Ill be right with you." I let it go since the old man looked to be in his 80s & probably never noticed me. Old man got his order and I took mine, they ran out of fried rice so i decided to wait. The old couple behind me waited on fried rice as well. 5 minutes passed and fried rice came. I went up to continue with my order but instead I was told that he was going to take care of the old couples orders first. I felt awkward while standing first in line and not being taken cared of. The old couple were confused themselves. To make it shorter, he messed up on the old couples order anyway and they just took whatever he have them, and their order was also unfinished. They left, he messed up on my order, fixed it. However i ordered two combo bowls the first bowl had a nice amount, but the second bowl of combo dish was much lesser. He looked overwhelmed, apologized, and thanked me for my patience. The only reason why I pretended everything was alright was because he looked like a really young kid, and i was waiting to see him figure it out. Sigh... he was a super nice guy, really nice to old people, does a really nice job apologizing, and talks very nicely all the while. However, no sense of integrity in customer service and everything he does were all in slow motion. VERY slow service. What I experienced was definitely not a "Big" "Bowl" "Express."

I love the Big Bowl restaurant, and have been there many times in the past. Found the Big Bowl Express not far from work in Byerlys with reasonable prices for a quick lunch. The prices on the website are over a dollar less than the actual prices in-store. I dont appreciate going to a restaurant and feeling suckered by online prices to get in the door. I ordered the Orange Chicken, and was surprised to find numerous, not multiple, numerous, what I can only describe to be chicken feathers in the breaded chicken pieces. Yucky. Will not be recommending to anyone. Stick to the regular Big Bowl restaurant.

I love big bowl the restaurant, but this was not very good. I ordered vegetables and tofu, but there was only one piece of tofu. I shouldve stuck to the salad bar.
