What can I say about Hong Kong Restaurant? Heres what: youd be better off ordering FROM Hong Kong! Just moving from the cities to Maple Grove, Ive discovered that good Chinese food delivery options to be terribly limited and sad. Hong Kong is no exception with its overpriced, tasteless cuisine. The Lo Mein was drenched with tasteless noodles and no meat. Fried rice was bland, and the sesame chicken was seriously drenched with a ketchup-like concoction. The worst were the cream cheese puffs which tasted like the were a food poisoning waiting to happen! Apparently this is what the locals like, and if THIS is what you like, this is the place for you..

I ordered Chicken with no Veggis and Cream Cheese Wantons. Took over an hour to deliever, Didnt leave me a reciet , Did not give me the wontons and my chicken was covered in veggis. I called to complain and was told that i couldnt get my wontons delievered that next time i call and order they will give me free wantons. My order came to 16.66 but they carged me 22.83 instead. When i called AGAIN and asked to talk to the owner or "person in charge" they preceded to tell me noone was there, had a child get on the phone to help me... I DO NOT RECOMEND this place. In fact I will make sure all the people I know, knows not to dare come or order from here .

Food is good, service is TERRIBLE, delivery is very slow. Our small order took almost 2 hours to be delivered and we only live 3 miles away. 45 minutes after I ordered, I called to see how long to expect for delivery and the woman said it was already out for delivery. I called back when the food still hadnt been delivered 45 minutes later and the woman was extremely rude and argumentative. By the time the food finally arrived, it had been in the car for at least an hour so it was cold. Dont expect friendly service or reasonable delivery. If you decide to order from Hong Kong, do yourself a favor and pick it up.

There is a woman there that screams a lot. Went in there one night about 10, did not realize that they close at 10:30pm. An argument erupts in back, one guy was calm, and after listening to her scream for 10 minutes in a language I dont understand she took our order. The food and prices here at this restaurant are/were actually very good, but I have given up on it. The look of smoldering, unmitigated hatred on this womans face, plus a bad case of diarrhea from the last visit, just isnt worth it.

Food is decent, but it wont knock your socks off. Its great to have the delivery option, and the portions are generous. Delivery is quick and I always request the sauce on the side so the food isnt overly saucy or worse, soggy. They are always accommodating and friendly. Because of the generous portions, I can feed me and my two kiddos for $25 including delivery fee (not including tip). Good place for a last minute option.

Okay, I hope they read their reviews, because they NEED to fix their website. I tried to leave a message to tell them that they need https:// - a security certificate. They cant expect people to just let their credit card information fly into the great wide open. I loved their food, but their website was up but non-interactive for months. Now it works again, but there is no security. I hope they fix it soon.

Ordered my food and they said 45 minutes, I called them after an hour and 15 of waiting for them to say the good just left for delivery, its now been almost 2 hours and still no food. We only live 3 miles roughly from them. This is ridiculous, they screwed up my previous order and so I thought after almost a year Id try it again and clearly they proved us wrong. We will NEVER order from them again!

DELIVERY TAKES AN HOUR! The food is REALLY good and always delivered hot. However, I live approximately 3.8 miles from them and have to pay extra for delivery because Im "outside the delivery area" which is apparently quite small. I used to be impressed with how fast they delivered,but my last 2 orders have taken an hour to receive. Something changed and it wasnt a change for the better.

I call up and order for delivery- The food is always DELISH! They are FAST and I am NEVER disappointed in my food. I always get sesame chicken, egg rolls and cream cheese puffs- amazing. I am pretty picky about my chinese food and they are my #1 choice in the Maple Grove area to eat out. Delivery people are pretty awesome too! Always nice and friendly! :)

I try and order online from the website, disaster. Does not work so I call in an order. "Yeah the website ordering hasnt worked for two years." SO WHY DO YOU STILL SHOW IT AS AVAIALABLE ARE YOU BRAIN DEAD? Then a rude kid over the phone who just says "uh-huh" to everything and then "ok 25 minutes to an hour bye" and hangs up. Id buy frozen Chinese from Cub before this place again. Food didnt have a taste. What a waste of Chinese night. Imagine greasy cardbord, thats literally what it tasted like. Fried rice sucks Orange chicken sucks Sweet/sour chicken sucks Wontons were good because you cant screw up cream cheese Egg rolls are decent Everything else was a waste of $

This restaurant over charged me and then could not help me when i called. This was an online order and I have never been so mad. Yes they apologized but could not make this right. I will never order from these thieves again. No one even offered to fix the problem....do not go to this place if you want Chinese food in Maple Grove without being swindled!

We ordered from Hong Kong for the first time tonight. The food is excellent! It is quite possibly the best I have had in this area. The order did take about an hour to come, but I have waited as long for bad pizza. The gentleman who delivered the food was very polite and apologetic. We will absolutely order again.

Ive been going here for over a year. authentic high quality dishes, great portions, good prices, nice people, delivery time is fair, I live 2 miles away (usually 45-60 min) but a call in order is usually 15-20 so I dont complain. By far one of my favorite Chinese spots in the neighborhood.

Terrible service! After waiting over an hour I called and was told it was out for delivery. After 2 hours and still no food I called again and found out it hadnt even been started yet. Never even got the order. Not the first time I have had bad service from them. Never again.

I love this place. Yes, they are foriegn so there will be a language barrier, a kid may answer. Quoted delivery time is always 45 min because they are always busy. If you need something special done to the food order online and in all caps.
