This is the best Tim Hortons around the Waterford-White Lake area. The staff is so attentive and nice. We have been coming to this location for about 4 years now. Never ever a problem. Some of you complain about the most ridiculous crap. Its not easy working for the public, especially some of you that really need to find a reason to complain. Im sorry dont blame it on the staff here. Blame your selves. Most likely those that complain, complain every where they go. Ive been to many Tim Hortons, and White Lake Location is the best. Always greeted with a smile. So please tell me why you are complaining. THANK YOU TO THE EMPLOYEES HERE. YOU ALL DO A GREAT JOB. I APPRECIATE YOU ALL.

This review is based on ordering 1x Extra Large Coffee, nearly every day. Compared to other Tim Horton locations, along my 23-mile commute from White Lake to Troy, this location is the BEST (passing 3 locations along the way). The staff is more friendly than the others. This location also uses sleeves on the cups more often than the other locations which never offer me a sleeve. Of course, the coffee is delicious and Ive never had a bad batch. Why not 5 stars? The donuts are not consistently good and by 7am they are often out of an entire flavor.

Staffs polite and friendly. Service is good some newer staff but thats always a work in progress. For and drinks have always been fine...... But the lobby is in rough shape. My wife and I went in for coffee for a little break from the day and the lobby smelt of septic / Sewage. Not over bearing but still there. We left after a little bit not wanting to breath in that smell. A good portion of the booth seats and seat backs are in disrepair split or ripped. So Id say stick with drive-thru and call it a day.

Had an outing with the kids and grandparents to this Tim Hortons. The cashier behind the counter was very patient and kind with our crazy group. Grandpa wanted a doughnut that was not currently in the case and the staff made him a brand new one bringing it out hot and ready. This made grandpas day! Even the one member of our party who always has extremely high expectations everywhere we go and can have some demanding requests was impressed with this location. Kudos to your wonderful staff!

I went today, February 2nd to get myself a sandwich MEAL. they charged me over $9 and all I got was the sandwich and a drink. Didnt give me a receipt, let alone a bag and they put my sandwich in the box upside down. When I called to speak with management I was told Noone was available for me to talk to. I have tried and tried to be a Tim hortons customer, but every time I go I always get let down with either the service or my order is WRONG. Spend your money at Starbucks or dunkin donuts.!

The manager was busy talking to some people for a while as my daughter and I stood in line waiting to four our turn. Almost 5 mins went by and he finally cut his conversation short and asked if we had been helped. CLEARLY you saw us walk in and we had NOT been helped. He did get us donuts and coffee quickly with a smile. So that was good :-) the birthday cake timbits are awesome! Love the coffee too :-)

They screwed up my order twice, on two separate occassions. This morning was no exception. I ordered a bagel with light butter - instead the grease was dripping through the bag and the wrapper. Everything was soaked as if someone in their kitchen thought it was a joke. Maybe trying to chase people away. I drive by every morning but from now on, I will keep moving!

Not worth it when buying donuts later at night, just like any donuts shop they are liking having day old donuts. Come before noon or your not going to be happy with donuts quality. At some point in time donuts shops need to start selling donuts at a discount or come up with something that keeps them still tasting with quality and fresh at nigh time.

My friend and I came here last week for breakfast and they were out of a lot of their ingredients from things like mayo to bread so I just stuck with my coffee that day. I came back again today for just a coffee and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me. I got my coffee and it tasted terrible.

Terrible service. Unsanitary. These people that work here could care less, about you or your time. I waited almost 12 minutes for a French vanilla (which they got wrong and gave me coffee) and a donut. I will not be going back anytime soon since this was not my first unpleasant experience.

Generally the order is correct and yummy, but occasionally your order seems like they dont know how to make it or what it is (breakfast special coffees mainly). One thing though is that the staff is always really friendly and usually quick (when they know what theyre doing).

Ordered dark roast coffee - was only luke warm. As for a new one, but they said they would make a new pot. 12 minutes later I finally had a hot coffee. Maybe turn up the warmers on the coffee Tim.
