I stopped by on June 4th 2010 to get a cup of coffee. I needed to use a bathroom for a sec so I had to wait for it to free up (it is just 1 person bathroom with locked door). Flush sounded and gringing employee got out. I got in, and no sign of faucet, soap or napking used at all. But smell was there. Then I got out to get my coffee, that same employee smiling in my face rubbed all other my cup and the cap. I got so shocked I was not able to say a word. I got in my car and later wasted that wholesome treat. That got me thinking. This incident is little to report. But that do we really get in all these restaurants and such there employees and management dont care at all. Why dont they wear gloves at starbuck like at mcdonalds? after all it is not unusual for the same person to take your cash and pour your drink. So now touching hundreds of bills and then passing all the deseases on to your cap with their hands is OK???? I now Im never going to that location.

Always clean, great coffee, friendly people. This a convenient stop, easy in and out. Always a place to park. Ive been going here for years. When you read these reviews, click on the user name when you see a one-star rating... almost always a fake username with only one review, created to post a bogus review. Id wager that Stan is either the competition or a disgruntled ex-employee. These people didnt deserve a one-star rating.

Firstable Im a big fan of frappuccino, if you want to get coffee around their closing time (I was there at 9:30pm) DONT! I asked for a caramel brulé frappuccino with NO whip cream and guess what? There was whip cream and the frappuccino tasted more like milkshake! Ive been at this location many times during the day and the staff is great but night staff sorry is terrible !

Just waited 20 minutes for a latte... I frequent Starbucks on a weekly basis and have experienced rushes, many worse than the one this Starbucks was experiencing. Ive never had to wait for a drink for this long. I understand things get hectic and hats off to the baristas who hustle but it seems no such barista works here. At least provide me an apology for my wait.

Just had an awesome experience here. Pulled up through the drive-through and asked them about the free birthday drink for my little sister. These two gentlemen had us laughing and sang happy birthday to her!! That was a very nice way to take customer experience/service to the next level. Thank you! First time at this location and will forward to going back :)

I ordered a tall iced white mocha.....they even asked me if that was what I ordered, and I said yes. They handed me a drink that didnt look quite right, but I was in a hurry....It was some sort of coffee, not even close to what I ordered. This is the only Starbucks that I have had a problem.

Filthy location and it took me ten minutes to get two frappuccinos. The service was friendly but the tables were so dirty. The counter where we picked up the drinks hadnt wiped all day. Some of the patrons were using wipes from their diaper bags to wipe down their tables.

Tip for Starbucks regulars: Order ahead thru the app if you can. The lines can be insanely long in the drive thru with a crowd waiting in line inside the store. Its a beautiful store with REALLY great employees, but that doesnt help much if youre in a rush!

Staff here is excellent. The drinks are always perfect and the drive thru is fast and accurate. The only thing I dont like, if I have to pick something, is how tight the drive thru is; my pickup truck pops the curb because the lane is narrow.

This location is dirty, filthy, and has flies and gnats all over the place, even in the pastry display case. Absolutely gross. I even saw them serve a patron with food from the case that had gnats in it. You can see it in the pictures I took.

i like this place the only thing i have a issue with is when i get a slice of lemon pound cake its almost always stale like its been sitting out. im paying almost 3 dollars and i would like it very fresh and moist not dry and stale
