Absolutely the friendliest people I have ever met at a coffee place. Maybe the friendliest workers I have met at any restaurant. I stop there are different times of the day on different days of the week, and no matter who is working, I am happy to get coffee from them. I also like that they do not scoff at my order of "Large black coffee" like workers at other coffee chains. Its also surprisingly easy to turn left into the parking lot from westbound M-59.

My favorite biggby location by far!! The employees always great you with a warm, friendly smile, its never a "hi!, bye!" Type of transaction! Also, they always have the best coffee! I always order the same drink, but it varies in taste depending on the location, unfortunately. But I dont have that problem here! No matter what I always get what I order, and it always tastes the same, and it always tastes great!!

Biggby Coffee is my fave by far! I can always enjoy a good cup o joe from anywhere but Biggby is so much better than anyone else, including "Bigbucks". Every Biggby store Ive been to is always perfectly kept, even during heavy business traffic. This store is no exception to that rule. Perfect service! Perfect smiles! Perfect coffee! Every time!

This is the best biggbys coffee shops of all of them! The product always comes out delicious and top notch and customer service and satisfaction is top priority. Unfortunately it makes other Biggbys less desirable so I have to go out of my way to go to this one. Keep up the good work White Lake Biggby!!! (And thank you for being awesome!)

Amazing place to be at. Nice people. Clean. This place has a tastiest coffee ever. This place makes you feel full of joy. I love this place. They named a drink after me :) its not on the menu. Its Apple juice with Carmel and with 3 shots of tonic and Carmel. I go everyday to get it. They are great nice people. :)

I came to this location and got a regular coffee, upon looking at the half and half I noticed it had expired. I told the employee and she told me the owner tells them to keep them SEVEN DAYS beyond that date. If grocery stores and schools cant do this, why does the owner think its okay for her to do it?

I love Biggby, it is the only coffee I drink. However, this is the worst Biggby Ive ever been to. My drink is wrong every single time! All I get is an Americano with soy and they manage to do it wrong without fail. Finally done with this place after today.

I get biggby on a daily basis and this biggby is the worst they mess my order up everytime their prices are higher than any other biggby their coffee taste watered down and they charge you for a cups of water I dont know why I continue to give them service.

This Biggyby is all encompassing excellent. Perfect customer service, always friendly staff & always clean! And the beverages are awesome too! Would much rather give this coffee house my business than the stuffy ones down the street!

The worst Biggby location. Horrible customer service, no greeting, just "what do you want" with the wrong change back all while talking to the person in the drive thru. All 3 employees displayed the same level of rudeness.

New owners wont even give you a cup of water free with the purchase of a $5 drink. Baristas are great, but Im hating the new ownership.

The coffee is good. However, the place closes at 8pm. A coffee shop that isnt open until at least 11pm is pretty much useless to me.
