What i find best about the coffee at the owl is nothing. its not good... sad in fact, unless you like those sugar filled coffee drinks they peddle at big box chains then they may just have what you need. the rest of this place is spot on it does look and feel like a great little coffee shop. Other peoples products sold well!! All praise the Cost co. Just needs better coffee the bar is very high around this area with so many great coffee roasters that are local to Michigan. just sad to let mc Ds coffee out shine such a great little spot you all got going .

Ive lived in this town for about 6 months, and I JUST tried this place yesterday. I am beyond impressed! Coffee was amazing, service was quick, and super friendly. I would highly recommend you try this place if you havent already. I went back this morning, and there was a different person working, and he was quick and very friendly as well. I drove 5 minutes in the opposite direction to stop and get my coffee this morning, and I plan to do so daily.

Where do I even begin? Well, if youre coming here for coffee, be ready to experience the best coffee the world of small business coffee shops can offer. They also specialize in chai, Italian soda, hot chocolate, smoothies, and more! The atmosphere is peaceful, and serves as a great hangout spot to play games, work, socialize, read, or even play nerdy tabletop games. Might I add that the baristas are very friendly and serve you with a smile.

Place looks awesome and has a wonderful staff that we met. If it were just that, this place would easily get 5 stars. Its chill, comfortable, and everyone working there is joyful. However, I went there for the drinks and was very disappointed. I got a chai latte, and my girlfriend got a cappuccino. Both drinks were awful, and unfortunately, not worth drinking. If it were just on those drinks, the place got a zero.

This is a great place to get coffee and hand crafted drinks. The staff is very friendly and provide great service. Some breakfast or brunch fare is also available if you are hungry. This is a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy the events they host regularly. The atmosphere is chill and relaxed. If you are in town, the Morning Owl is definitely worth a visit.

Anytime my Wife and I are passing through Milan we make a point of stopping at the Lighthouse Coffee Shop; if the weather is warm we have an ice cream sundae. In colder weather we generally have a delicious soup and sandwich. The owner and her daughter, are extremely friendly, this in itself makes our visits to the "Lighthouse Coffee Shop" all worthwhile.

Update: Now has 10 taps of quality michigan beer and ciders. This guy, Ryan the owner , has such a great place. Get a hungry howies pizza and drink some brew(whatever kind you prefer) Morning owl took over this location and makes phenomenal coffee and lattes. My wife and I both like it here. Having come from a certain Pacific Northwestern coffee loving city, my standards were pretty high the first time I went to The Morning Owl. That being said, these guys more than delivered! Fair Trade, fresh, Organic coffee that is made with care. Since moving to Michigan, Ive made The Morning Owl my daily go to. Keep up the great work!

I am Japanese and Im always skeptical about green tea anywhere but the way this was served and tasted was absolutely amazing!! The muffins are delicious and my fiance loved her salted caramel mocha. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff!!

Awesome coffee shop, they have great music on Wednesday nights as it stands its acoustic night. Their chai tea is excellent, and the beef and cheddar sandwich is awesome. The people are always friendly, and they also serve ice cream!
