Not as friendly as other Starbucks! Other Starbucks actually make me want to go back not only for the latte, but for the welcoming, warm friendliness and smiles. You may get a thank you here (NOT ALWAYS!), but at others I have been to, you get a genuine, "Hi, how are you today," and if you are waiting for your drink the associate will make friendly, caring small talk with you while they can. You WILL NOT get anything like this at the Grand Blanc location. Infact, I sometimes feel like a lifeless, almost rude robot is handing me my drink. I said something once to an associate that wasnt very friendly there and mentioned this difference and I received a defensiveness from the associate and she wasnt very receptive, but rather, had a look of disgust on her face. She didnt even respond, just gave me my drink. From this point I believe started the uncomfortableness at this location. I have spoken with others about this location and they have agreed with me! The fact that anyone would say this and/or agree to it is bad for Starbucks! It has made a huge difference for me and my experience with Starbucks! I gave the value and atmosphere portions of my rating a negative because value and atmosphere to me, includes how you are treated!

They have messed up my drink a few times but, I can go to order and say " the usual " and they know my drink it is a differnt one than most. But when they do mess up my Fri k I only have to say they have. And then I get a new one made right there. Never question me. This one is absolutely amazing. Nothing bad to say. About thme I will stick up for this star bucks

This is basically the only Starbucks in a 10 mile radius, so its a great thing that theres at least one. The employees are great and friendly, with an amply sized lobby and available outdoor seating. As for the quality, its the same consistent quality you can expect from Starbucks, and its all up to standard. Overall, great place.

Lines can be long , however , workers do the best they can and hustle. My orders never been wrong. A couple times the drink may be colder than I like to which they have apologized and fixed it in an instant. Best Starbucks location Ive been to so far.

Theres something off about the atmosphere here, but the service is fantastic. Ive even received free shots of expresso just for being an everyday customer. Kudos to this plane and their awesome employees!
