Such a shame good hard-working people are so hard to come by. I was told by Olivia that checking on the frozen cupcakes was not on her list of priorities, she works 40 hours a week plus this job. I have never been treated so poorly. She needs a job not in retail, I am not even sure she is capable of working with the general public. You might want to review your employees, they may be hurting your business rather than helping it out. I will never shop your business again! And I will be sure to pass this along to everyone I know.

First Tim Hortons location Ive had a bad experience at, out of the many years Ive been a loyal customer. Wait was very long for a drive-thru and come to find out they got my very simple order wrong. I had to parked my car and go inside (didnt want to wait in the long line again). One of the employees working there was explaining to me that it was my fault THEY got my order wrong. In the future I will avoid this location and consider other options for food.

Sucks our family are avid Tim Hos drinkers, this location is the absolute worst. Cant get an order right to save their lives. 1 morning went thru the drive thru, my wife was handed an all ready drank out of cup of coffee by the gentleman in front of her. He revived her coffee by accident. Only one in line tonight and messed my order up with the wrong bagel and not toasted. Its not rocket science. Will not ever go back

Tim Hortons, the entire chain, doesnt understand that an iced tea requires ice. Lots of it. Otherwise it is called lukewarm tea which sucks. Even asking for more ice in three different locations gets me the exact same 10-20 mini ice cubes which melt so fast, at the top and unfortunately my straw pulls from the bottom. So unless I drink this like a maniac none of it qualifies as iced tea.

This is the worst possible place ever I was on my way to school late waited 15 minutes for a bagel then they hand us all this crap and had us drive away so now Im late and have no food worst place ever bad employees you would make a bad decision coming here. If u do make sure you check all your food before u leave considering that they are not smart and annoying people.

Very rude staff. The younger boys were immature. I asked for a pumpkin spice iced Capp and they handed me a regular iced Capp. I then asked doesnt pumpkin spice have the crumbs on top and they said oh yeah and took it back I pulled out and tried my coffee and it was not pumpkin spice they only put whipped cream and the crumbs. I will not return to this location.

Ive had mixed experiences - employees who obviously dont care and old food that is just nuked to make it hot and then other times I come in and I get a really good employee who is happy and seems to genuinely want to make sure my experience is good. Not one of the best Tim Hortons Ive been to. Same goes for the Coldstone here since its a partner restaurant.

Good donuts, paninis are delicious, best tea in town which is a big deal to me (I dont coffee). Sometimes the order is wrong in the drive thru with my morning commute, but that happens. The electrical outlet cover on the wall in the dining room is taped to the wall; I am no electrician, but I dont think that is code.

The most disgusting place I have been in in a long time. So filthy, the workers dont greet you when you come in & basically had to wave them down for service. I very skeptically ate an ice cream in a bowl. They were out of cones. I feel disgusted just typing this review. Someone needs to clean that place.

Everytime we go there they screw up our order!!! How hard is it to remember blended raspberry lemonade and no I dont want it sweetened!!! Also you are lucky if they remember what you ordered! Need to get a corporate Starbucks because at least they pay attention to their customers and orders.

Most Tim Hortons doesnt have my favorite treat like the frosted cinnamon roll or the Honey Dip Donut but I like the meals and the drinks there but when every time i go in, I see Flies everywhere! I almost got sick when i seen one fly got in a donut and went in a tim hortons bag.

It would be wonderful if staff was required to wear gloves, rather than tiny pieces of paper, when handling donuts. Pretty basic thing for a fast food establishment and they failed.

Service was fast, friendly and my order was correct. Most fast food places seem not able to get it right. This Tim Hortons did and they have awesome coffee as well as food.
